I did not have enough to pay for my hvac system they offered me a payment plan so I could get it repaired that really save me some money and stress having to worry about how I could afford it, so fast forward to now I paid them and amazing service

MY LANDLORD WAS TRYING TO BE CHEAP AND CALLED THESE GUYS AFTER SPEAKING WITH ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER THAT TOLD HIM IT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED . WELL THEY SUPPOSEDLY BROUGHT A NEW UNIT.

WELL SHORTLY AFTER I HAD PROBLEMS., FOR WHATEVER REASON THE LANDLORD CALLED THE SERVICE PROVIDER THAT HE CALLED THE FIRST TIME AND HE HAD TO DO SOME WORK BUT IT STILL DIDNT WORK PROPERLY. HE FOUND THE LEAK AND REFUSED TO REPAIR BECAUSE OF THE SERVICE PROVEDED BY THIS COMPANY THAT INSTALLED THE NEW UNIT.

WELL NEEDLESS TO SAY . THE LANDLORD HAD TO CALL THESE GUYS BACK. THEY SOLDERED THE HOLE PUT MORE FEON IN AND LEFT.

WELL TO MY DISMAY, THEY LEFT THE CAGE THAT SURROUNDED THE UNIT OFF.

I CALLED BACK AND ASKED THEM TO COME AND SECURE IT. THEY NEVER SHOWED.

I CALLED THE NEXT DAY AND THE LARGE BOY LEONARDO SAID HE DIDNT TAKE IT OFF AND HE WASNT GOING TO PUT IT BACK ON. I TOLD HIM THEY LEFT THE CAGE OFF BECAUSE THEY KNEW HE WAS COMING . HE SAID THE LANDLORD SHOULD HAVE NEVER CALLED THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE, NON OF THAT IS MY PROBLEM OR CONCERN AND I HUNG UP.

A DIFFERENT MAN CALLED BACK AND SAID WHAT AND HUNG UP.

I CALLED BACK AND LEFT A MESSAGE. THEY DONT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ME CALLING BACK , REFERRING ANYONE TO THEM AND THAT I WOULD HANDLE THIS WITH A REVIEW

I LOOK FORWARD TO THEIR FORTH COMING RESPONSE.

SHADY, GRADDIES ALL I CAN SAY, FROM MY OWN EXPERIENCE. I TRIED TO CONTACT BBB...THEY HAVE NO RECORD OF THEM.

Very slow took 4 hrs to load less than half 53 ft trailer. One star for overnight parking .

These guys are very slow, they take 5 hours to unload 53” trailer. One star for overnight parking.

Will never step foot in a Ferguson HVAC supply again. Needed 6: 20x20x1 pleated filters and was charged $9.47+ tax each when the exact same filter is $3.76+ tax at Johnstone Supply.

OTR drivers, if delivering here, their receiving cut off time is 2 pm.
Nice guys, took an hour and a half to unload 12 pallets.
