I reached out to this company (Monee) a week prior to cleaning. She asked for my home address and specs of the house. We scheduled to have her come clean my home the following Friday at 4:30pm. She sent me a reminder/confirmation text the day before my scheduled appointment. I confirmed. The day of scheduled cleaning she text me 2 hours before the appointment stating she had to cancel based on my home location. This was totally unacceptable. I had family coming in town for my nieces graduation/party and this was a major inconvenience. Why ask my address the week before, confirm the day before
only to cancel 2 hours before. This is not how you do business. This company lost a would be great client.

Mo is an efficient, reliable, thorough, and friendly cleaner. She’s been coming to our house every other week for several years. She always does a great job and my house feels so nice after she’s gone. If I need any special
services she’s always game to help

My go to store for everything I want and need!

Though the store shopping in one department has gotten better, the garden center still has some issues. Like, if inventory shows it in stock, when you go to the shelves the last item of what you are looking for is on the shelf, but completely destroyed. Not a happy camper if you go to the store and it's really not showing accurate numbers.

Max is consistently courteous and professional. He is proud of his accomplishment. He always assists me in comprehending the nature of the task. I would strongly suggest requesting Max when you call.

Stay away from this company. Book with someone else. Probaly the most unecesarry money I have spent all year. Surprise service fees not disclosed as well. I would recommend just doing it yourself or going with someone else.

Max immediately assessed the situation, and after inspecting the well pit, concluded that the leaking pipes could be safely sealed. No more water leaks! He was courteous, professional, and patient with me in every way.

It was great to have Max. He gave a thirty-minute notice before he was to show there. He started right away after arriving, apologized, and explained the billing method. Was extremely competent and took the time to explain what he was going to do. Recommend them to everyone. Will go ahead and ask Max.

Our hard water was ruining appliances. We called Union City Plumbing for water softener installation and saw the difference almost immediately.

I had contacted a number of plumbing companies to replace the primary shutoff valve in my 1927 home. The plumbers arrived and charged a service fee in big amount, but they did not repair the primary shut off valve. There were numerous reasons why they were unable to complete the task. Max from Union City Plumbing eventually came to our aid. He was able to replace the main shut-off valve and three lavatory shut-off valves for a price that was exceptionally reasonable. He was patient, polite, and determined. Call Union City Plumbing and ask for Max if you need plumbing work in Union City. Incredible person!
