I had an idea, the concept seemed neat but the location felt impossible. Paul runs this place, he came in walked me through it, laid out the scope and made it very detailed. Not only Did he instill confidence in my dream, him alongside his team came in and worked tirelessly until the dream came true. I’m giving 5 stars but 10 recommendations out of 10.

I cannot say enough about this company. We have worked with these guys on multiple pools and they are so talented and professional. Pictures are worth a thousand words. The level of professionalism we have had with ECO when delivering their material has allowed our business relationship to grow. You will not be disappointed with their professionalism and seeing you project through to completion.

We had exactly the same concerns with this company and Paul that has been previously mentioned - they wanted a LARGE 'deposit' upfront. Red flags and alarm bells....this generally translates to a company barely getting by. But foolish us, we went ahead and contracted with Paul anyway. They were hired to renovate our pool, and while some of the subcontracted work was acceptable, the project resulted in defective workmanship, property damage, and incomplete corrections.

Paint, plaster, and debris were left on the pool's new surface; patched cracks reappeared, and overspray damaged multiple outdoor items. A corrective visit did little to help, and despite repeated requests - including calls, emails, and CERTIFIED MAIL - Paul failed to return, and even respond.

Communication was POOR, concerns were DISMISSED, and the final work was never inspected in person. Due to this poor workmanship, lack of follow-up, and horrible relationship, we DO NOT RECOMMEND Paul nor this company.

We have no way to give ZERO STARS - but that would legitimately be our rating.

******************Update********************I got this reply on my text today Sunday morning. I screen shot it. I wouldn't even acknowledge this except to warn unsuspecting customers his response says it all.

I hate to give 1 star reviews but I feel obligated to do so. My wife and I are building our retirement home, and decided to build another pool, this will be our 3rd one. I had been interviewing and getting quotes from a number of pool builders. Paul visited the site and seemed knowledgeable and eager to build our pool. After reviewing we thought he would be a nice fit. We paid him a $2500 good faith payment before receiving the contract. After I read the contract it stated that we needed to pay 60% of the amount before excavation and they dropped off equipment. As a retired business owner this set off alarm bells. I told Paul that was something I was unwilling to do. After a lot of back and forth I decided to go with another builder if I was already having issues with this company; I had others I was on the same page with. He agreed to refund my $2500 and said it would be done this week but no refund and no response. I have started a dispute with my Credit Card Company and will get my money back through those channels.

Please get your contract before you send
ECO Landscape LLC any money up front and are comfortable paying 60% up front. None of the other 5 pool builders required any where near that much up front.

Read the text he sent and make up your own mind if this is someone you want to do business with. Remember all he had to do was be professional and process the refund.

Paul and his team at ECO came HIGHLY recommended and I can see why. They are nothing less than amazing!ECO just completed a patio resurfacing and landscaping project for us. We have several other outdoor projects that we need completed and we wont consider using any other company. ECO all the way!

I am looking for a company to completely refinish my pool and surrounding deck. I chatted with and went to see the people where this company messed theirs up - they are relatively local to me. After seeing the quality of the workmanship and the mess they made, and now the situation those poor homeowners are dealing with, I will absolutely NOT be working with this company. I even saw the correspondence where the homeowners tried to get the company to come back out. It's crazy that these kinds of companies still exist in today's world but reviews like this keep us all from making mistakes with our hard earned money. For my money, I'll be looking somewhere else.

Great guys to work with all very respectful and hard working. They dont cut corners and deliver what is promised.Paul has a eagle eye when it comes to attention to detail. I wouldnt hesitate to call Eco-landscaping and design for any of your project needs.

Paul and Eco Landscaping continues to make great progress on our pool. I can’t begin to describe how happy I am with them. This is a childhood dream come true!!!

So glad I got my pool installed by Paul! Even a couple years down the road he takes great care of his customers! We love our pool and can’t wait to use it all summer! It’s so nice to get off work, head outside and enjoy some relaxing time in the sun.

These guys are A+ - even tho pools are their main focus, I had Paul and the crew do a rock patio and fire pit with rock seating. They were kind enough to accommodate me, did the job fast and well. Rock solid we might say 😆 One day when the forest reclaims my house, archeologists will find my personal stone henge and tell talk stories of the giddiness that were had by all 👍
