Dan came out for my seasonal check up. Needed a small part for efficiency but very pleased with friendly service. I have been an Assured customer for about 15 years now and they have always taken care of my AC needs especially when my son and husband were deployed. Kudos to this awesome company.

Assured did the install on an updated unit for our house. They finished in one day and we finally had a system sized to our house. After a few months we noticed it was no longer keeping up and made a call to them. They had a tech out the next day. They found a very small leak at a solder joint in the refrigerant line and fixed it under warranty in about an hour and a half. There was no hassle and they were very responsive.

Chris T was very thorough in attempting to solve my HVAC issue. He was very courteous and also knowledgeable of the unit itself. Assured Comfort is always very fast with service when you have a problem. I also want to say that I am extremely pleased with my HVAC system that I purchased from Assured Comfort. It has been an incredible energy savings for us and my home is 35 years old.

We had a wedding in July and our a.c. went out. Our home warranty declined the repair. I called Assured for a second opinion. They returned my call immediately, addressed my concerns and gave me direction. With no resolution from the warranty company I called them back. Joyce was so empathic to our situation as it was Thursday afternoon and the wedding was Saturday and I was on my way to the airport to pick up wedding guests. When I got back home Mike was in my driveway. He assessed the situation and before he left he had us set up for installation and financing. The next day Jason and Johnny came and worked in the rain until they were done! They saved the day! Then the snow came a few weeks ago and guess what, no heat! I called and Aleneia took my information and got right on it. I did not expect anyone for a day or two due to the amount of people without power after the storm, but she called and told me a technician was assigned and would come that day. Lane came shortly after and quickly diagnosed the issue, which was actually an issue we had caused due to connecting a dehumidifier into our ejector pump and the line froze. Extremely reasonable charge and heat back on. Today Chris came to perform our maintenance and made some reasonable recommendations and performed the maintenance . This company is top notch from start to finish. I would not even consider looking for another company to perform any repairs or maintenance on our system. Thank you Assured for your commitment and dedication.

Assured Comfort has always been an excellent company to have in our corner. There maintenance program for checking your Furnace before winter and AC before summer is great. We just had them come out and clean our ducts and Hector did an amazing job. He worked diligently and was so thorough at cleaning up after himself; it was like he was never there. Highly recommend using Assure Comfort for all your heating and air needs.

We had black mold in all of our ductwork and HVAC system after a flood about six months ago. Every person from assured was on time professional and gave great service. We had four other quotes from other companies and assured was the best in every way by far. Our system is in and running perfectly they are even Coming back out this week to make sure everything was installed correctly and running correctly. I highly recommend Assured comfort.
