This is our second time using O'Neill for landscaping work, and we couldn't be more pleased. They were right on schedule and did a fantastic, high-quality job in our back yard. We added 3 pallets of sod, planted a number of bushes and a tree, and did some drainage work. They were quick and professional, and the communication was excellent -- which is something I truly appreciate. These guys are now our go-to landscaping company. We even hired them for lawn maintenance this year based on how well their installation work has been.

My experience with O'Neill was excellent from start to finish. The salesperson, Dan, was helpful and courteous and his quote was fair. The installation crew was on schedule and did a very good job. I was impressed.

O'Neill Landscape Group installed new sod on our backyard. They did are very good job. The works were very polite and their customer service is excellent. Sam has always been very helpful and pleasant to work with. We are in the process of having them do more work for us. Keep up the good work!!

Had a tired yard. Clean up and some update needed. Want to keep low maintenance and cottage look. All expectations met and exceeded. Ryan was a great project manager. He listened. My vision was made real thanks to him and a very hard working crew. All expenses outlined before the work. No surprises except maybe how deer like hostas. Live and learn. 10/30/24: I had a small backyard with a fescue lawn that required too much work with little return Over twenty plus years I have tried sod, reseeding, aeration, you name it and I tried it without success. The yard is very shady and has gotten more so with tree growth. Ryan was the best project manager. His design and implementation was right on. No more lawn. I now have azaleas, camellias, hydrangeas, summer anise, a flagstone walkway to the back and a larger flagstone patio. The team of Ryan, Steven, Miguel and Mariano were the best. Two days of hard work with the end product of a beautiful, calm, retreat. I can enjoy my morning coffee on the deck looking over my new landscape. Thank you

I love O’Neill Landscape Groups, services! Everyone who comes out to maintenance my lawn always does an excellent job! I have been using their services since December 2023 and could not be more satisfied!

I've used a bunch of different landscape companies over the past 14 years in Roswell. Most of them were solo lawn guys, and one guy actually stole my lawn mower a few years back and that lead me to hiring a professional Landscape Group with OLG. O'Neill Landscape Group has been timely, curious and dependable over the last 3 years. I just recently found out that they offer installers as well so we are looking to use them for our plants as well. We highly recommend them, you will not be disappointed!

This company did an awesome job with our landscaping. They were punctual and responsive from start to finish. Sam and his crew did an fantastic job listening to my concerns and addressing them right away. My backyard looks amazing!! I can't say enough about the crew that worked on my backyard. They were so kind and professional. I will definitely hire them again for our next project.

My experience with O'Neill Landscape and their team was wonderful. Their response, execution, pricing, and cleanup were impressive. I especially enjoyed working with Ryan Traeger to design the plan. Ryan listened to my ideas, told me if they would work and if not offer alternatives. Thanks to Ryan & O'Neill I now have a beautiful yard that I enjoy.

Amazing! Highly recommend. They created an entire hardscape outdoor area and under-deck ceiling.

Unfortunately, Ryan Traeger on their team over promises and under delivers. When we tried to be pro-active with him to ensure expectations were met that were originally agreed to he became extremely confrontational and gaslighted us.

This sadly was a theme throughout the entire project when then conveniently led to our $50k project needed “more” work to be done right. Even when we tried to discuss that he told us conversations never took place and conflicted with his foreman actually doing the work.

In the end we were left with good to “ok” work with a bill far over what we agreed to. We spoke to the owner and let it be his decision if the bill stood or if they would do right and take ownership. He chose to remove a load of fill dirt we never were told we needed $400 worth and that was as good as it gets.

Given how it was handled from start to finish and knowing they were the most expensive bid we received I do NOT recommend this experience to anyone. The only solution to this was to stick to the budget we agreed to and take responsibility. That did not take place. No customer should be treated this way, especially when they’re trying to be pro active to help ensure things were done as agreed to.

Edit- since Andrew O Neal decided to come on here and not tell the truth I am adding to this so all can be warned. A boulder wall was NEVER in my scope, nor the $5k it costed. The $400 discount was for a dump truck load of dirt that was needed and was never to be charged for. In addition they cut our gate wire which was another expense to have repaired. I have been contacted by several other clients sharing the same experience with me from Andrew and his company and told of reviews they have suppressed. I will happily dispute the charges or file a case should they continue to lie or if they try to suppress my honest feedback.

I had landscaping work done, plus regular yard maintenance. The landscape crews had an awful job ahead of them. They knocked out the work and the finished product was amazing. I even added on some work while they were here and they were able to accommodate it on-the-fly. I was very pleased with all their hard work. The maintenance crew comes over weekly. I've had nothing to complain about and they don't miss anything. I'm glad I hired them and will continue to use their services as the need arises.

They did a fabulous job installing a set of stone stairs and pathway on the side of our house. They were very careful to not damage the plants, existing underground drainage system and all the utilities on that side of home. Sam Wirth was great to work with. Came out and did a proposal, sent photo display of how the steps would look in our yard and came in on budget and on time! Very professional and courteous. Highly recommend Sam and the guys at O’Neil! Will definitely use again!

I have been using O’neill landscaping for a long time. The same crew comes every week and does a great job. If I have an issue it gets taken care of quickly. I have used them for extra projects like sod replacement and they did a fine job.

Five stars aren’t enough to express how pleased we are with our beautiful waterfall and surrounding landscaping done by O’Neill Landscaping! The crew went above and beyond every single day of this project. We had a tight timeline and they absolutely exceeded every expectation. They showed up promptly each and every day, cleaned up the area every night, worked diligently, even coming out Thanksgiving morning to check and make sure everything was working, and followed up after completion to ensure we were fully operational and happy with their work. Jose operated the bobcat with the precision of a surgeon! It was incredible!! I would hire these guys again without hesitation. They were fantastic to work with and exceedingly professional. Great work by a great team! We live on a golf course, and I cannot tell you how many people stop and tell us how nice it is. Highly, highly recommend!! I can’t figure out how to upload photos or I would! It’s gorgeous! Ryan and Sam were so nice and great to work with. What a great company. No nonsense, honest, good team. Working with Ryan was amazing. Our backyard after our pool installation looks so beautiful, it makes me so happy to see it. He was great about troubleshooting concerns that came up during the project quickly and effectively. He was very responsive and the team was timely and stayed on the timeline projected.

We moved to our house about 2 years ago. We asked our landscaper who we had at the time to follow us. However, we noticed that the well maintained yard just didn't look as well cared for as it did by the previous owner's landscape company, O'Neil Landscape. We switched back to them and within the first week the yard looked much better. Since hiring O'Neil Landscape Group we've been well pleased. They come consistently, do a great job and are always willing to talk to us if we do have any needs or concerns. We highly recommend them!
