Very pleased with the value for my service contract. Quay was very thorough and serviced the problems he found. The difference in cooling was almost immediate. I was so pleased that I renewed my plan.

A++++ for the Original Plumber I had heavy work done at my home and I was very worried (plumbing and septic makes me nervous)! We needed to relocate our septic tanks at our home in order to put an addition on the back of our house. I decided to go with the Original Plumber based on Google Reviews and now I can see why so many customers left them such stellar reviews.

Austin told me it would be a one (possibly two) day job with little plumbing interruption. When they started digging, we were all shocked to find a giant piece of granite a few feet under the soil. Jud and Jake worked tirelessly at chipping away at the granite bit by bit with a jackhammer. I’m talking hours!! They were so dedicated to the point where I think a part of them enjoyed the challenge of beating the granite ;). Jud and Jake won the challenge and successfully got my new tanks in the ground. If that wasn’t hard enough, we had a pool installed last year and I told the guys that my main line to the pool was somewhere underground and not to hit it. They used hand shovels to find and keep the pool line in tact along with all the wiring. I’m still amazed.
The job that was supposed to take one day took four, but only because of what they uncovered under the soil - and with only 30 minutes of plumbing interruption!
They did such an amazing job that even my husband couldn’t help but take note of how fantastic it all turned out. Really incredible. Jud, Jake and Austin were really given a tough task in my yard but knocked the ball out of the park. I couldn’t be more grateful to them. They have blessed this family in providing the first step of us to be able to begin the construction of our addition for my mother in law. Thank you so much!

Quay was a fantastic technician! Explained everything so my non technical mind could understand. He even pointed out some unrelated things on my house he thought I should be aware of. Great job and nice guy!

Demetrius's very professional quick and fast what he observed that needs to be fixed. Also he was able to answer all my questions. If I didn’t understand something he was able to break down in basic terms for me to know what was the problem and what needs to be fixed. I appreciate the work that was done on my home.

Usually great service and I was prepared to give 5 stars, but...Technician was out on the 3rd and seemed to fix the problem with our HVAC. The tech seemed knowledgeable and expeditious with his work. 6 days later, the exact same problem arose. Having to wait two full days for a follow up appointment with no AC. Will keep this posted.

Casey was very professional and knowledgeable. He called prior to arriving, which we really appreciated. We are very happy with his work and will use E Dennis plumbing again without hesitation.

Excellent job by George Trimbur from E Dennis Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electric! I had several electrical issues going on that seemed to have started after the big storms we had a few weeks ago. George was able to get to the root of the problems and fixed everything. He explains what he is doing and why and made sure I had no follow up questions. I was pleased with the price I had to pay! I highly recommend George and E Dennis. I am a repeat customer and will continue to use EDennis.

Austin and the dig crew were all very professional and extremely efficient - they did their best to not disturb anything that wasn't necessary. Found the leak and replaced the entire pipe from outdoor meter to the main cut off next to my water heater in the garage. They left the work site almost as perfect as could be - even patched the concrete site nicely. -- thanks "The Original Plumber" Austin --

Called The Original Plumber on Sunday morning, had a leak outside of the house. Got scheduled within 10 minutes, and within an hour technician came. Shaun has great personality, he talks to you respectively and explains everything. He was quick to figure out the solution and fixing the problem. Fair prices and overall happy customer. Definitely will use this guys again. Thank you so much.

The Original Plumber is the very best plumbing service that I have ever dealt with. My mom had a pipe that was under her front yard clog. It caused backwash and flooding in her home. This occurred on a Sunday morning. I called The Original Plumbers number and the phone was answered right away by a very polite lady. Within a couple of hours, I received a text that a plumber was enroute to my mom's home. Our plumber "Sam" also phoned me to let me know he was on the way. To make a long story short, Sam evaluated the problem quickly, gave us a very reasonable quote, and kept us informed as to what was going on step by step. Sam arranged to have all the equipment needed to fix the clogged pipe at my mom's house early the next morning. He was also able to get her water back on before he departed. Sam was back early the next morning with all the equipment needed to dig down to the pipe, 6 1/2 feet, and replace the pipe. Sam went above and beyond by getting up most of the water from the flooding that had occurred. He had the clogged pipe fixed quickly and did an excellent clean up. I also want to note that I received updates via text from the company or direct phone calls from Sam. Like I mentioned, the price was very reasonable. I never take the time to write reviews but just had to in this case. I live 6 hours from my mother and was able to handle, with the help of Sam, all of this via phone. Sam was so nice and patient with my mom. Thanks to the Original Plumber my mom is relieved and happy. You can't go wrong using this company.

I had a tech from E Dennis heating, cooling & plumbing LLC. At my home today! For such a young tech, he was able to take care of all my needs. Was very informative and knowledgeable at his profession. I was in awe on how he carried himself. I will definitely recommend him to all of my family and friends. going on. Very professional guy.

I had to call for some last minute help today at my house. Noone within 60 miles would accommodate me but this company, from the phone call to the office to the tech that came out were courteous, professional, knowledgeable and they had truly fair pricing. Bob was great, he was efficient and quick with repairing our issue he was sent for. He was kind enough to even take a look at another issue we were having and called his company to move on it. We really appreciated bobs professionalism and compassion.
