If your goal is mediocrity, Miller Landscape is for you. We hired Miller Landscape to create a patio space for our new home. They built our patio design with a total diameter of 3 feet less than our agreed upon layout. After we reached out to let them know it was not satisfactory, Blake came out to our home and after looking over the work that was done, appeared at our door and asked, "How is it? Is it going to work for you?" They did send the crew out to extend the patio to the design layout specificiations but, once again, the patio was under specifications by 5 inches. Now, 5 inches isn't a huge loss but when the project had to be redone due to not meeting size expectations the first time, we would have expected them to err on the side of building a bit larger verses shorting us once again. When Blake came out to inspect the 2nd time, we voiced our concern and his response was "well if it's good enough for you guys, that's what we want". When spending $15,000 on a project, our hope was to be wowed, not just 'good enough'. While the end result was okay, we feel we over paid for the finished product. Miller Landscape does not go above and beyond in their service to customers.

We have reached out to voice our concerns to the company. We will edit this review if they respond to our email.

Editing to add: Miller Landscape did send the owner out to look at our project and discuss issues. They gave a $500 refund for the discrepancies in sizing. While the entire situation was quite frustrating, they did to work to ease those frustrations somewhat. Thank you for doing the right thing, Miller Landscape.

I have been using Miller since 2017 when we added a small wall in the back yard. I have returned at least 3 or 4 times for landscape projects. This week Jordan and crew added a beautiful paver path and new landing to the front porch of the house. It looks great and they did it all so fast. Even cleaned up on their way out. Exactly as expected from Miller. 5 stars!

I rarely post reviews of anything (good or bad) and I can be a tough customer to win over, but I wanted to write this review...I had Miller Landscape do a landscaping project for me and they did a wonderful job from start to finish...Jake, Blake, Jordan and team were very professional, detail-oriented, and fast to accomplish all the project's tasks and within budget and on our agreed-upon schedule. I definitely would recommend Miller Landscape if you need any landscaping job done right the first time! Thanks Miller Landscape!

We have used Miller 3 to 4 times since 2007 redoing and adding to our landscape. Never had a bad experience from planning to install!! Blake and 5 crew members arrived around 8 am and ripped out some of shrubs that were part of the original landscape put in 26 yrs ago and replanted with new plants as well as transplanting some to other areas of the yard. All went beautifully and completed in one day. We are very pleased with the plan and results again!!!!!

Miller Landscaping has been wonderful to work with from design to installation. The crew that handled the work have been fast, clean, friendly and bring quality to their results. Jordan specifically manages the crew with good communication and is very hospitable to the homeowner. While the crew truly works hard they tend to laugh and enjoy their jobs which shows they are treated well. We are thrilled with our beautiful results and overall project!

We had a great experience with Miller Landscaping. They came out and asked us what we were looking for and drafted a beautiful backyard plan that we were able to submit to our HOA.

Our backyard looks amazing. We expanded our patio and added new pavers which are absolutely beautiful. We also added a fire pit area, trees, shrubs, and sod.

The crew was friendly and respectful, they always arrived early, worked hard and efficiently and completed the work in about a week. They were neat and tidy and did a great job cleaning before they left.

I highly recommend Miller Landscaping for their design ideas and being able to execute the plan perfectly.

Blake and his crew went above and beyond. I used miller landscape for a smaller project earlier, so I decided to use them for a larger project this year. We had some problems due to the slope and they had to dig deeper into the hill. Bruce, the owner of the company came out to make sure we were happy and that the plan was what we wanted. These are the people you want to work with in your life, trustworthy, hardworking, true to their word. And the crew is crazy efficient. They get the job done and quick. I am definitely using them for my third job come fall.

Had an island landscaped today by Blake Miller and his crew. I am very pleased. They did an excellent job and Blake was attentive to detail. I hope to use them again.

I used Miller landscaping 20 years ago for some flagstone installation around my koi pond. It was completed in a fantastic fashion. They just completed did installation. Unbelievably fantastic. They are the best!!!

We've really tried with their maintenance service for a few years now but while they're okay at times, it's been a struggle since the second year of 4 total.
They can't seem to manage consistent service let alone our weeds so we're going with someone else.

Pics included of weeds growing from fresh pine straw laid 2 weeks prior, also by them.
I've called, emailed and texted various managers over the last 3+ yrs but it's the same issue every time.
I've asked if we need to upgrade our contract, if my expectations are just misaligned, and I'm told no, they just need to do better . . . then they soon after don't. It's esp frustrating having to repeat the same problem as they don't seem to save the data.

Based on our experience, I'd say you could do better for weekly maintenance. Maybe they're better for big installs? 🤷‍♀️

Miller Landscape removed and replaced an original, over 40-year-old railroad tie retaining wall along my front driveway and designed and installed a smaller retaining wall in my sloped backyard. Blake and his crew did a fantastic job on both. In a couple of days, everything was complete. And the clean-up was thorough. My driveway was covered in red Georgia clay while the work was being done but at the end of the job, the crew pressure washed it and it looks just as it did before they arrived. The whole project ran smoothly from start to finish. I couldn't be happier with Miller Landscape's work!
