MAP Gutters cleaned my gutters originally and then later I hired them to do a total new installation. They were very responsive and did a great job at a fair price!

These guys are wonderful. My house looks great. The gutter on one side of my house was torn off in the last icestorm. Merc and his crew came out promptly to assess and give a real (not over phone) estimate which was very reasonable.
They showed up promptly the next week and installed new gutters to the whole house. My house was built in 1850 and the gutters were attached to ancient wood. They redid the whole side, took care of the rest of the house. They completed the project in the time and budget they had committed to. Throughout they were diligent, organized, cleaned up perfectly. My house looks fantastic. I cannot recommend them more highly.

This company did a great job installing new gutters on our home and garage . If need be I will use them again. Day of service was 4-3-23.

I had been a customer of M&P for 8 years. I had usually used them for gutter cleaning. I live in an area where we get a lot of leaves and pine needles that clog my gutters. They were always quick to reply on messenger, left the area cleaner than when they got here, was punctional and reasonably priced. I trusted this company to the point I had them clean my mother's gutters as well.

I would like to stress here that I have never actually spoken to the company owner- it has all been over Facebook messenger.

Last year I asked about mulch and was advised to contact them in the spring, which I did over messenger. Within a week he sent someone out and I have to say they did a great job edging and mulching.

My problem here is I have been asking about gutter guards since 2021. Every year I book cleaning I ask about gutter guards, then the person that is sent out has zero idea what I am talking about. We have SO many leaves I wanted to at least keep those out. So the weekend I had the mulch done they also came out the next day for the guards and to look at the front gutter as it hasn't been draining properly for years/ even after they come clean it. I wasn't going to be home so gave him my cell number to contact me if there were any issues.

I received a Facebook message that he didn't install the guards on one side because the gutter was clean, and in the front of the house the gutter was damaged. So he discounted the quote by $20 since the guards weren't installed but did clean the front gutter again as it was clogged (I had them clean late November last year). I was left with no guards, no phone call to discuss next steps, and a request to Venmo him. I asked to talk live, I was frustrated as I wasn't called and got no response except to my ask for the last 4 of his phone number to sent the payment. I had stated I was willing to purchase a new gutter if that was required. I received no response.

I didn't need that gutter cleaned as it needs to be replaced. I called a local company that has a great reputation and was referred to me by a family member for gutter installation and they are going to replace it along with providing another downspout to mitigate the extra water that overflows from the roof.

I have given the business all week to respond to me on Facebook messenger and they have not. I am highly disappointed in the lack of communication and will not refer them or utilize their services again.

We've contracted Merkys twice for two jobs already. Super on top of things and very responsive At some point one of our gutters was leaking. We asked him what it would take to repair it. He acknowledge there was something was off with it when they first installed it and corrected the issue free of charge. Very trustworthy!

From start to finish, this Company made the gutter purchase and install simple and easy. They showed up on time; were professional; and completed the project in a timely manner. I would recommend this Company.

I had them put gutter guards on my house. They were easy to communicate with and schedule appointments. Great part is they can do estimates from satellite so no initial appointment needed. I am definitely middle aged because I am excited about gutters and the lack of cleaning them from now on.

The crew did a great job removing the old gutters and installing the new ones. They did the whole house in one day and cleaned up the area before leaving. I had plastic gutters that leaked at the seams and didnt catch all the water off the roof. Had issues with water in the basement. After the install I have had no issues with water not going where it is supposed to and the basement has been dry since. I have a silver maple that has buds that clog most gutter guards and the stainless screen mesh gutter guard has worked to keep the gutter clean and clear letting the water into the gutter.

Called 7 gutter companies, Seamless gutter masters were the only one to answer the phone therefore they were the ones that got the job! Great work, great communication, and fair pricing. Do not hesitate to use this company!

Great job at a fair price. Work was completed on schedule and neatly. My project was a two day tear-down and install (the crew worked late on the first day to make sure they could finish up on the second day). Work site was clean and neat after the first day and at the completion of the job. Have had two big rain events after the installation and no issues found.

Too Notch! Felicia, the owner, was responsive and helped me through the entire process, never felt she was trying to upsell or make me spend more than I had to. Much lower price and a better value than others in Grand Rapids and surrounding. Quoted me 4 weeks for install and it ended up being a little over two weeks and they were there. Clean install and polite crew. Great company/people to work with! Highly recommend and will be calling them in the spring to do the fronts. Dont even waste your time calling other companies, use Seamless Gutter Masters!

Great service! Got me in much sooner than expected and did a fantastic job. New gutters and leaf filters installed so I no longer have to deal with clogged gutters. Cleaned up and took old gutters with them. Installers were friendly and professional.

Owner & installers were very professional, honest, and work hard to please customer. They DID NOT use high pressure sales tactic to sell something we didn't need and were happy to repair only what we did need. (A different company was more than happy to install WHOLE new gutter system at high price). Installers did excellent work. I would utilize this company again for gutter needs.

I called three businesses to enquire about installing helmet caps on my gutters. Seamless Gutter Masters is the only one who called me back immediately. I had to work with our condo management company to obtain approval for the work and, Seamless Gutter Masters quickly provided all the necessary documents my management company required. The actual installation was professionally done and the installer afterwards, provided me with pictures of what the gutters looked like after installation. Seamless Gutter Masters is a very professional business and I would recommend them to anyone interested in gutter work.
