Absolutely fabulous experience with a total replacement of all gutters in our 1930 Tudor home here in Akron. WELL worth it — excellent customer service on the phone, and the guys who came out to do the job truly cared about this project. Highly recommend.

Office staff is very friendly and easy to work with when setting up the estimate, they are very knowledgeable and explained thoroughly everything that I needed to know, warranties and guarantees on their work and materials, work was done fast and right! Gentleman that came out was pretty good!

Placed a deposit and was told the week work would happen. Was also told we would get a call the week before to set date and time.

Never got the call. Ended up calling 4 times before I got the date and time of service. It ended up being the next day.

The guys that put up the gutters were professional and did a great job!

It hard to overstate just how good this company is to deal with. I wish every contractor could be as professional as The Brothers that just do Gutters. From the person who came to quote our job to the men who completed it, their staff is professional, courteous and thorough. They ran into some unforeseen difficulties but worked late to complete the job. There was no attempt to charge me more than they quoted. After packing up at the end of a long day, they noticed a little debris on my front walk and porch and brought back out their blowers to make the area spotless. These guys are great!

I waited a while to post a review because I wanted to see how our new gutter guards performed. Well, like promised, the leaves blow off of them and don’t interfere st all with the water coming off the roof. We are very happy with the product.

The service was first rate! The franchise owner came to our house & consulted with us about the job. He provided a quote quickly. Then, his crew was here quickly and did a fantastic job! The guys were friendly, punctual, and efficient. They cleaned up really well.

They took the deposit and never performed the work. I have yet to get my money back (it’s been almost two months). I understand why they could not fit us into the schedule. The weather has not been cooperative. However, my issue is that I had to call them myself to figure out that they weren’t going to perform the work. Now, the local office has stopped taking my calls. The franchise office says they can’t do anything about it.l except keep sending emails.

Beyond this issue, the deposit was $450. That’s an insane price to clean some gutters. I only went with it because I was in a bind.

I would NOT recommend this company.

I received my refund, thus bumped them up a star. The owner was apologetic for the issues. Regardless, the fact I had to chase them down to get my money back for a service they said they could no longer perform is very unprofessional.

I saw Scott Goodnight doing a gutter replacement in my neighborhood. I asked him if he would add a downspout to my gutters. Within an hour, he completed the job at a reasonable price. I would recommend Scott for your hone gutter needs.

Scott and his helper are an excellent team that strives to fully satisfy. This was the only company that truly listened to my desires and made sure to explain all possible options and limitations that could lie ahead. They are a trustworthy, courteous and hardworking group of craftsman. The end was everything and more than I was hoping for. They also beat the competitors price all the way around board. I had gutter put in an addition on my house 4 yeara ago, and i was very pleased with the service, quality and speed of installation. Ive had no issues at all with the gutter. Job well done!

I had gutter put up a few years ago that NEVER worked, leaving me with gulleys around my house. I searched for someone for a while who would repair the installation mistakes a Lowes contractor made. Scott promptly came, saw the problem, and had it all expertly repaired within 4 hours. He is my new hero! Call Scott for any gutter needs, you will not be disappointed. I wish I had called him to do the original gutter work. Lesson learned - call the professionals!

Absolutely great. Gave me a very reasonable quote the same day I called them. Installed them 3 days later. They look great. Can't ask for better.
