I contacted them three weeks ago with a photo and comment on what needed repair. A small job to be sure.

They set an appointment for a free estimate that would’ve been tomorrow. Trust I was a little bit surprised that they couldn’t articulate price from what I had provided and also a little bothered that I had to wait so long to get the price.

Imagine how frustrated I am today, the day before my long awaited estimate, when I’m now advised of a large minimum cost.

Having a minimum cost is fine, but maybe you should tell people about it at the time they engage you not after they’ve waited 18 days to move forward on their project in anticipation of your estimate!

Your work appears to be well received by your customers. It will be a shame if that goodwill is eroded by poor administrative practices.

UPDATE: You still have not explained why you waited almost 3 weeks to tell me about a minimum job charge. In that time I could’ve passed this job onto a handyman long ago and now have. How about being more considerate of the cost of other people‘s time and their efforts to plan - not just yours.

The Brothers installed new gutters for us in May 2025. The estimator Dave, who determined what we needed and provided the price, was extremely reasonable and thorough with his explanations. The team that later did the job, Nathan and Matt, appeared promptly at the appointed time and executed the work smoothly. Friendly and polite, they efficiently removed our old gutters, built new gutters/downspouts, installed those new fixtures, and thoroughly cleaned up all of the construction debris. I hope not to need any gutter work for quite awhile -- but if that happens, I will contract with The Brothers.

I just became a new home owner and I was doing a lot of research around gutters. I’m glad I got a couple of quotes and went through with the brothers that just do gutters. From the initial conversation with Dave around what I’m looking for I had a good feeling that they were going to do a fantastic job. The process was professional overall and budget friendly. Nick who came to install the gutters with his coworker did a seamless job. I’m very happy with the result and how quickly they were able to accommodate my installation. They did my neighbors gutters and just watching them, I knew I would have them do mine. Very professional. Dave, who does estimates in West Houston and Katy was patient with my uncertainty in choosing a color. I even went over to their Katy office to relook at the samples another time. We went outside in the light and matched my paint with the samples. I got the 6" gutters as I travel a lot and did not want to worry about big storms. They use their own installers, not sub contractors. I am very happy with the service, price and warranty from Brothers Gutters.

The installers did a very nice and professional job. The gutters did not look like an add-on, but rather, a part of the original house. My wife and I were very impressed, and would not hesitate to call The Gutter Brothers if the need ever again arose. We recommend them highly.

The owner of this franchise promised me he would secure a rain downspout while installing new gutters on my home. This downspout blew off during a rainstorm and was damaged due to not being secured. I was told repairs start at $500. Use this company if needed, but you were warned.

Wow. Really couldn’t have gone better. This was a small job so it wasn’t because they were getting paid a lot. Nick and Francisco were fast, polite, neat and delivered quality work. Not only that, but they also offered some very useful insight and tips on how to make sure I’m properly diverting water in the yard… so even beyond their scope

Would definitely recommend Brothers Gutters after my experience today. Nick did a fantastic job getting a gutter on my pergola so my patio won't flood anymore. His attention to detail was great and I am very much pleased with the end result. No more flooded patio and the gutter blends right into the pergola! Thanks so much Brothers!

An excellent example of why one should always hire a company who knows what they are doing. From start till the end they were on time, every time. Mr.David came on time to give us the quote and took all the necessary measurements. They co-ordinated very well after that and sent me email and a text message for their team to arrive on a certain date. On 03/29/2023, one of their team member called me ahead of their arrival at our place. The entire installation team that included Mr.Leroy, Mr.Tyler and Mr.Elijah was extremely professional 👏 👌. They made sure that all the equipment was properly measured and installed with proper astehtics considering that Gutters are on the face of the house. Our Gutters were perfectly matched with the help of Mr.David who made sure to show me all the colors and matched exactly to the trim of the borders of our home. Overall wonderful experience with Brothers Gutters. I needed a gutter cleaning in a relatively short time frame so I gave them a call. I was initially told that the earliest I could get an estimate done was outside my time frame, which was completely understandable, but after explaining my situation they went above and beyond to make something happen for me. After checking people's availability, Nestor was able to get an estimate done for me that very same day, and the job was scheduled for the following week.

For the work itself, Nick did a great job with cleaning everything and even removing additional debris from my roof that was not in the gutters. I also appreciated how streamlined every part of the process was; confirming the estimate, scheduling the appointment, and making the payment were all able to be done online quickly and easily. I highly recommend Brothers Gutters, and I will certainly call them again if I have any additional work needed for my gutters in the future.

I had a great experience with this gutter installation company. They went above and beyond by personally coming out to mark the downspout locations for the plumbers working on our new backyard pool, which ensured everything was coordinated perfectly. I truly appreciated their flexibility—they adjusted the construction date multiple times to accommodate changes in the pool plumbing schedule without any hassle. Finally, the finished product exceeded my expectations: the gutters look seamless and blend perfectly with the house, as if they were part of the original design. Highly recommend their services!

Wonderful company. Have had a leak due to overflowing gutters for several years. Had another company come in to periodically to clean gutters and downspouts but problem would return. Hired VP gutter service to address the issue. They found out the cause of the problem and fixed it. No more leaks. I have hired them to routinely maintain and clean my gutters which they do and I am thrilled at their service. Would highly recommend them. I also asked them to replace my gutters (not the cause of the problem), since I wanted a different gutter profile. They replaced them and the gutters look as if they are part of the trim along the roof edge. Love it. Thanks VP gutters.

VP Gutter Service recently cleaned my rooftop shingles. I could not have been more impressed and satisfied with the quality of work performed by VP Gutter Service. Before the cleaning, I could not even see the individual shingles on my roof. There were also algae spots on my roof. After the services, VP Gutter Service produced a roof that looked brand new! This is a roof that is 15+ years old. I would recommend VP Gutter Service to anyone for a roof cleaning in addition to my bi-annual gutter cleanings where they also do a fabulous job.

I called VP gutters to install new 6 inch gutters on my primary and rental property. Dennis and his team showed up on time, completed the work efficiently and I am very pleased with the results. The price was reasonable and the gutters look amazing.

We are selling our home. Dennis came over and after he’s done between Power Washing our home our shed my deck and my patio. The house looks brand new. I think we’re gonna stay lol

VP did an excellent job cleaning my very neglected gutters and power washing my house. They were professional, respectful, and a pleasure to work with.

Dennis did a wonderful job powerwashing my deck.. it looks years younger! But more important, he was very respectful and made sure to let me know when he was running late. To me, that’s a sign of someone who cares. Highly recommend.
