Superior Roofing recommended Zack. Zack was very polite when we spoke on the phone and left me with the impression that he wanted to help me with some minor gutter issues when he got time. Afterward, he ignored my calls and texts. I would rather someone tell me if they're not interested in a job if it's too small for them, rather than ignore me. It would allow me to move onto another vendor who actually wanted/needed the business.

I am a licensed home builder in Alabama who specializes in roofing. For every gutter job we handle, we rely on Flow Rite. They never disappoint.

We recently had a long run of gutters on the side of my house begin to pull away from the house and I was referred to Zack with Flow Rite Gutters. They were very responsive and he met me at my house at the time he said he would (which does not seem to be the normal anymore). We scheduled an appointment (2 days) for installation and to my surprise they were able to match our color of gutters to the point that you cannot tell it is a new section. While he was here, I asked about gutter guards and he was able to give me a couple options. I decided to go with the invisible aluminum guards that were installed the same day as the gutter section. I had spoken with the “big name” gutter guard company in the past and they were a quite a bit more than I was willing to pay. I felt that Flow Rite offered a great product for a very reasonable price. If you’re in need of any gutter maintenance or replacement, I highly recommend Zack with Flow Rite Gutters.

Zach and his team were so professional and quick, installing half-round gutters on my historical home in less than a day. They did a beautiful job and were very respectful of my property. I am so happy to have found a locally owned business who clearly takes pride in their work. Highly recommend!

I wish that I could give more than 5 stars for the work that Flow-Rite gutter system did on my home. The guys Troy and Craig showed pride and there knowledge of doing the job right. I'm so very pleased to see that good work is still being done. I would recommend this company to anyone who is spending there hard earned money on a gutter system. I met with Zack James, and he was very professional, and he gave me a very fair quote. When they showed up to do the job, I was very impressed with their speed, as well as their ability to answer any questions I had. They completed the job exactly when they said they would. A few years ago, I had gutter guards placed by this company. I started to notice an area where the downspout was not draining properly. I called on 1/25/26 at 11:08 am and left a message. Then I sent the first text on 2/4/26 and Zach was a “no show” and “no follow up” to date. I contacted another company and the picture below tells the story of what the other company found……A piece of gutter guard was NEVER originally placed in the area shown, and debris from arbor vitae trees that run alongside the house had collected. To date, Zach has never called back until I sent him the pictures showing the sloppy work on 2/16/26. He blames it on his workers, but as the boss it is your responsibility to check the work. He now wants to come and put a piece of gutter guard down. Thankfully the facial board was not rotten, but the area will have to be painted, and I have selected another product and another business. When TRUST is gone, there’s nothing left. I look for long term relationships with businesses, and Florite will not make the cut! Reactivity is never good, and defensiveness only makes it worse!. The following is what he sent me in a text: “I think you’re getting a little worked up about it. It’s a easy fix”.

Then he should have done it right the first time!

This company installed gutters and put the downs spouts all the way to the dirt. I never receieved a response when I may numerous requests for them to correct and NOW I find out that the gutter guards were never installed. Which is the whole reason I went with this company. P.s..they never came back out.
