I had some gutters that were initally pieced together on a 40ft spans on both sides of my house. eventually over the years they started leaking through seams. So i wasnt looking for another huge expense but wanted to fix it. Called several companies and got a really good deal from summerland gutters. They were on time and got the work done with professionalism. I highly recommend them for any gutter work!

I've used this company twice for gutter repair, cleaning, and siding repair. They did excellent work each time. I have additional work needed down the road and Summerland Gutters will be the first call I make!

Summerland Gutters installed new gutters and guards on my home. I was pleased with all aspects of their professionalism. From the initial phone call straight thru to clean up. Top notch company.

From the estimate, to the final installation, I thought the staff did an outstanding job fixing our gutters and providing gutter covers. They are also very reasonably priced.

I had bats getting in attic and their carpenter crew replaced old rotted fascia boards and installed vinyl soffits and metal capped every bit of wood including rake boards for an unbelievable low price. New gutter and leaf guards also.They did a beautiful job and no more problems. I could not be anymore pleased at price and workmanship.

Fantastic service! Finally a company that does quality work vs overcharging and providing poor customer service! There was even exceptional follow up from the office. The crew remained professional and even took great measures during our current social distancing. They wore protective gear and stood away from doorbell after ringing to finalize service of work performed! Excellent!

Summerland’s representative provided a prompt response for an estimate. The installment took place in less than three hours and all work was done professionally with care for any plants or I bushes near the house. The old gutters and the facia that was replaced were taken away and the cleanup process was done carefully. The final cost was lower than any other estimates we received. Great job!

Highly recommend this crew!! They had to remove old gutters and replace the facia board on my old row house before putting up the new gutters. Great scheduling, clean and professionally installed. I am very picky and these guys did a great job.

Used Summerland Gutters for the past 5 years of so for gutter cleaning. Not the cheapest, but they are always responsive/on time and do a great job (as well as cleanup). Just had them install aluminum gutter guards (we have massive trees behind us that necessitate cleaning at least twice a year). Will still need maintenance, just not as often. Guys did a great job on the install (see photos).

Had Summerland Gutters replace the gutters on my home. The price was very reasonable and the work was done efficiently and professionally. They discovered wood beneath the gutters that had rotted and replaced it. That was also reasonably priced and efficiently completed. Very pleased with the work done.

Used Summerland to replace old gutters, fix some rotted fascia. Estimator showed up on time; got me estimate quickly. Crew showed up on time, did excellent work, and cleaned up well. I had work done in January 2022. Waited to review until we had a couple of heavy rains. Everything excellent. I fully recommend this company.

Plus, they bring their truck to your home in order customize your gutters to size! The day of the installation had come. I had been waiting for the crew's arrival, and called Summerland's office. The very nice lady said, "Oh, yes. You're on the schedule for today. You're NUMBER THREE." My jaw dropped, and I thought, "There is no way these guys are gonna finish before 6."
Dead wrong.
Kenia had said they would be at my house "around noon, maybe just after 1." The guys showed up at almost exactly 12:15. I went out, met the guys, showed them where an external electric outlet was, explained one oddball thing (one section of the gutters had to be a different size, and it was clear to them why), and went inside.
Therein followed the usual construction/destruction noises. Looked outside a couple of times to see what was happening, and it was a regular buzz of activity, but never rushed.
Looked out again, around 1:45, and realized the guys were carting stuff out.
Their stuff.
They were finished.
I went out and walked around the house again, and all the quirky junk that needed to be addressed had been addressed. Gutters, gutter covers, downspouts, the whole nine yards. IN LESS THAN TWO HOURS.
I have an easier house than most: it's one story and not a huge place. But the entire process was incredibly fast.
One minor hiccup was the soffit: during the tear down, it appeared some of the old paint had gotten chipped. I spoke with Kenia again, and not only did she say they'd be able to touch up the paint, they would do it for free. And they had some similar paint at the warehouse, so I didn't even need to provide it.
Walking around the back yard after, I also realized the guys up on the roof had cleared the (many) small branches and twigs off the roof. I laughed out loud, literally. They even cleaned the roof.
Amazing.
Best part? The estimate price was the invoice price.
Like I said, superb job, strongly recommended.

Excellent company, professional, quick turn around for quote and work. Courteous crew arrived with all equipment and supplies. Completely replaced all gutters on three story townhouse in 2.5 hours; all at a reasonable price! Install and clean up. Even spray painted to color match a custom cover, as well as roof repair!

Summerland replaced all my gutters 3 years ago. The crews were on time, work was completed without issue and at a good price. Now three years later we need a roof replacement due to some storm damage and I thought of them. Summerland came back out, gave a fair price and started with several days later. Crews were great and I’m happy with all the work that was done. From start to finish they were great to work with on both occasions!
