**I am updating my original 1 star review to a 4 star. The owner of the company called and spent 32 minutes talking with me about the gutters and a possible solution. She also explained why these gutters have icicles & the benefit, thus eliminating damage to the gutter & roof. I am looking forward to further discussion on some improvements that can be made.

We have had these gutters for a few years. Every winter since, icicles all over and frozen downspouts. We have to hang out the windows and knock what we can with a broom handle. The icicles drip on the deck, front steps & driveway, and freeze in thick layers. Will be getting them replaced this summer. They should not be sold in states that get cold winters.

Really enjoyed working with Adam and then the installers once we decided to go ahead with the project. No high-pressure salesmanship - just a really helpful explanation of the various options. The guys who installed the system were great. The gutters haven't been up for very long, but so far they are working well -- and they're a huge improvement over the old ones. Better yet, I'm not running out whenever it rains to clean out a clogged downspout.

TJ, Lukas and Danny did a fantastic job installing our brand new gutter system, downspouts and rain chains. They were friendly, professional and took their time. They also were 100% having a great time with each other - I could tell they really enjoy not only what they do but working together as well. Our houses looks fabulous. 10/10 recommend!

So I’ve been dealing with a problem from the original installers of my gutter system for many years, that they never corrected. They have since gone out of business and no wonder. Jerry showed up and analyze the situation immediately and came up with a great solution. I paid the deposit and the next day the crew showed up. Danny and Marcus were incredible. They knew exactly what they were going to do and they kept me in the loop the whole process.. They answered all my questions they went above and beyond what I expected with my whole system, even the gutters that they did not install. I would highly recommend this company to anybody looking to install new or to find out solution to a problem that you already have. They’re very knowledgeable.

Gutter Masters was quick to respond to our request for an estimate; was fair with their pricing; arrived on time to complete the work, and they did a great job! They replaced one section of gutter/downspout and cleaned and repaired a larger section to look and work like new. All in all a professional company and we’re happy we hired them.

Hired Gutter Master to replace old gutters and install new. Jerry the Sales Rep was very professional and easy to work with. Found pricing to be very fair, the gutters look great.

Couple of issues, the initial install did not include leave guards which I ordered, this was resolved and installed in a couple of days. Did find excessive nails, screws, and shreds of gutter material. Feel the installers could have done a better clean up, but was not a major issues.

Gutter Masters did a great job, good pricing, and they delivered on promised install dates.

Gutter Masters arrived on time, were efficient, and performed the work professionally. There price was very fair and I would highly recommend the company.

We purchased gutters from Gutter Masters in 2021 specifically because, despite their higher price, they offered the most comprehensive warranty—which we felt was worth the investment. Since then, the company has changed hands, and the new owners now refuse to honor any warranty claims for work performed by the previous ownership.

Quote: "Unfortunately we didn't initially install these gutters. When we purchased this company we purchased assets , we didn't purchase the previous owners liability."

When a business is acquired but continues operating under the same name in the same market, it inherits not only assets but also the trust and expectations of its customers. Commitments made under that name ought to be honored. That assumption has been quietly discarded here without warning or disclosure, and it speaks volumes about their integrity.

Quote: "The way the gutters have rolled and seeing the clogged downspout is definitely lack of maintenance. I did give you a discount on these services."

Gutter Masters claims our damage resulted from a lack of maintenance, which is a convenient excuse, in my opinion. After a recent storm, only one of four downspouts was definitely clogged and the rest appeared to be handling water correctly. I regularly clean all gutters and downspouts with a leaf blower. The front gutters that are sagging and that have visibly pulled away from the fascia contain no debris whatsoever. Ironically, the one section of the house with solid gutters feeds in to the one clogged downspout.

Although I’ve been advised of my options under Florida’s consumer-protection laws, I’ve chosen not to pursue further action and will simply not use Gutter Masters again—now or in the future. Even if they agreed to the repair under warranty, I would have little confidence in the quality of the work or their accountability afterward. I cannot recommend their services, and I will be sharing my experience with others.

I have hired Gutter Masters of Central Florida on two occasions and have been extremely satisfied. They are very professional, their prices are fair, and they do technically impeccable work.

We hired Gutter Masters to clean our gutters around the house and pool area. We were pleased with the results. The crew arrived at the scheduled time and were professional. I will definitely use their services again.

I’m very disappointed I have contracted them several months ago and the job isn’t completed yet. Also they communication is very poor. They don’t call you to let you know and they don’t call you either. So no not happy with them at all. Every time I call, they tell me they are coming the following day but I’m still waiting. I would never call them back for another job. This is still how the area that they are working with looks like.

James and his team did a great job installing our new gutters. They arrived as scheduled and completed the job in one day. James even made an extra trip to our home prior to the installation to ensure the color would match the existing fascia. Kim in the office was wonderful and made sure we were completely satisfied with the job. Thank you for showing us the optional "rain chain". We love it!

I would like to highly recommend gutter Masters of Central Florida I just recently have them on a job that I did in the tuscawal area and they did a superb 5-star job highly recommend this company office staff communication is fantastic

Bought a new home and had water issues all around the house due to drainage off the roof. Gave these guys a call. Quote was competitive. Set up a date for install. Called Kim back in the office for a couple of questions and she was a pleasure to talk to. On the date of install it was raining really hard so figured there was no way they would be out to do the work. Wrong! Larry and Josh showed up early, jumped right in and got to work....even in the rain! They worked well together and knocked out the job in record time. I was so impressed with their attitude, their work ethic, their knowledge of what needed to be done and the quality of their work. Couldn't have asked for a better crew. I was putting up gutters for water management, but didn't realize how great they make the house look! Crisp, clean and professionally done. Definitely would recommend this company.....and I usually don't do recommendations.

We recently hired Gutter Masters to add some new gutters on our home and fix a gutter overflow problem that affected the pool deck. From the consult/quote with Jerry, to the completed work, we are very satisfied. Danny and Marcus worked efficiently and made sure every detail was done with precision. Danny noticed a problem with an existing double gutter that was not in the original scope of work, offered a solution, and was able to return within a couple of days to replace it.

The new gutters are not only functional but also enhance the look of our home’s exterior. It rained the day after the installation, and we could immediately see the difference—no more pooling water or overflowing edges!

Gutter Masters originally installed our gutters a couple of years ago and did an amazing job. This time, they cleaned the gutters and did a few minor repairs. Danny and Marcus did an awesome job and addressed all of our concerns. I would highly recommend Gutter Masters.
