Your crew was prompt and courteous. The job was pre planned and they got right to work. I watched them work for a bit and was comfortable with their performance. Final job walk around showed a job well done. Actually later that day we had a nice storm roll through with plenty of rain and I went out and was very pleased with the performance of the gutter installation. Thank you for a job well done.

Would ABSOLUTELY recommend Lines Seamless Gutters -Fair price, efficient, professional, timely communication, and they know gutters and issues/repairs associated with them! Moved downspout location for better flow away from foundation. Install and cleanup was a breeze. Love my new black 6" gutters.

The gutters were replaced expediently. They look great! The team was professional and friendly.

Very kind over the phone at the office and just as kind on the job. Great work and a great product. Out of five estimates they by far have the better product and the installation was explained better than the other estimates. The way they overlapped the gutter guard and overlapped the end caps so it stayed debris free. It was the only estimate with gutter guard that kept the roof grit and pine straw out. Happy Customer!!!!

People make a business and great people are at Lines Seamless Gutter. Matt was great to talk to for the estimate and they were able to quickly repair my gutters that fell from ice and snow in the Feb 2025 snow. Samantha was also great to talk to for scheduling the appointment.

We have just recently had Lines Seamless Gutter Inc install new gutters, downspouts, and gutter guards on our house. Everything started as a discussion with Bo Lines, the owner, at the February 2025 Hampton Roads Home Show held at the Hampton Roads Convention Center. Bo was very personable, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the discussion.
We had already had 2 other companies come out to give us estimates, and while Lines Seamless Gutter Inc may not have provided the lowest estimate, they gave me an honest up front price which included the different options that we discussed. The lowest estimate did not appear to an honest one, because that company employed high pressure sales tactics and ended up cutting their initial estimate in half. Due to the steep pitch of our roof, Bo suggested upgrading to 6 inch gutters and 3 x 4 inch downspouts to properly handle the flow. We went with that option and are very glad we did.
The actual gutter and downspout replacement took place from 15 to 16 May 2025. In addition to Bo providing the oversight, we had Tyler, Noah, Lucas, Ryan, Cody, Colton, David, and Matt actually doing the gutter and downspout replacement. All installers were respectful, courteous, and professional. They removed all debris each day. On the last day of installation, all 3 of Bo's install teams were working on our install!
For those considering looking into gutter and downspout replacement, I fully recommend Lines Seamless Gutter Inc to do the job. They are a family owned business with over 20 years of experience in the Hampton Roads area, and the estimate is free.

I cannot say enough great things about this company. I contacted them to schedule a quote and they were able to come the next day. Their price was very fair and competitive, and I loved supporting a small local family business. I was able to get the work scheduled in less than a weeks time, which was amazing! The work is outstanding and the color match to my house is perfect! Sam and Matt were so great to work with! Definitely consider using this company, you can’t go wrong!

After several estimates, I chose to go with Lines Seamless Gutter, from getting the estimate to getting gutters installed was such a smooth process, Samantha in the office was great at communicating with me, answered any and all questions! The day of install David and Tyler arrived promptly within the time slot I was given!! They went right to work removing my old gutters, and even replacing a small section of wood that had rotted before installing my new 6inch gutters!! It began to storm while they were trying to work, and instead of packing up, they literally waited out the storm and got right back to work to finish the job! David and Tyler did an AMAZING JOB!! I contacted Lines to get a quote for seamless gutter installation and gutter guards. I had the pleasure of speaking with Josh. He explained everything to me about the products, warranties, and installation process. I got my quote the next day, and he gave me the number to reach him directly if I had any questions. I didn’t immediately accept, as I was gathering quotes from other companies as well. After gathering quotes, I ended up going with this company. The customer service was the best, from the office staff to the installation crew. The prices are a plus too.. The crew arrived on the scheduled date on time, and were so polite. They installed beautiful seamless gutters and gutter guards on my house, cleaned up everything, and took away all the trash. The appearance of my home is so much better and I don’t have to worry about the drips from the seams anymore. I would most definitely recommend this company. They are listed as WAVY TV 10 experts on your side for a reason.

Amazing customer service. Everyone is so nice and friendly from calling for a quote to meeting with the tech for the estimate. Always on time. The crew that installed the gutters had amazing craftsmanship. The quality of work for the price can’t be beat by anyone else. This is my second house I’ve used Lines Seamless Gutters and I will continue to do so! Great family owned company with family in the field. I highly recommend over other companies!
