The leaves are falling, but we aren't worried! KGuard Gutters was very professional and easy to work with. Every part of the process from sales presentation to installation was flawless. The product and staff are all awesome. This gutter system is performing as intended and also looks great on our home. So glad we chose to be part of the KGuard family!

This is my second time using this company. They show up on time, unload their truck, take down all the old gutters, put up the new, and leave taking all the old gutters with them. It has enhanced the look of my house. I would strongly recommend this company. All the people working for this company are friendly and very polite.

Great company to work with. Came promptly for estimate. I asked for a couple of changes from old gutter system to new K Guard system and it was no problem. Showed up for install when they said they would and were done quickly. Definitely knew what they were doing. Love the new gutters. Would highly recommend.

Kelly's crew showed up at exactly the scheduled time and performed the work quickly and efficiently. They were done with mine and my neighbor's townhouse in less than 3 hours! We purchased K-Guard Gutters for the front of our house several years ago, and we were so impressed that we had them back to replace the old gutters on the back of the house. Never having to clean gutters again is such a comfort and the company is very truthful, honest, and helpful with any questions. I would encourage anyone to have these gutters installed. Also, the personnel associated with the company is very kind and professional.

Had LeafGaurd come out and give an estimate for adding gutters to my home. It was a great experience. Paul was very thoughtful, thorough and very informative. He answered all questions and concerns and demonstrated their great product and how it is installed with samples of colors as well. We will be going with LeafGaurd as our guttering system.

We were very pleased with the initial survey/quote (Paul) and the installation (Tyler). Both were very professional and knowledgeable. We had a minor leak at one of the end caps and Leafguard responded quickly to our message.

I had a Leaf Filter system placed on my sunroom in November 2022. Had no problems until this July. My gutters were overflowing the last 2 rains so I called Leaf Guard to have the problem rectified. An employee arrive 7/18/25 and cleared the obstruction and presented a bill for $95, I objected to the charges because I thought the fault was in the downspout. He was trying to explain what the cause was but his English was very broken. I went ahead and paid the charge. The next day I called Leaf Guard to complain. I was told because there were no leaves in the gutter and the limited protection plan was for only a year that the cost would fall on me. I asked why my gutters failed and was told THE FILTER SCREEN ON THE GUTTERS CLOGGED UP, NOT ALLOWING THE RAIN WATER TO FALL INTO THE GUTTERS. AND GUESS WHAT, THE CLOGGED FILTERS ARE NOT THERE PROBLEM. SO IF YOU ARE SEARCHING GUTTER GUARD YOU NEED TO KNOW THAT IF YOU PURCHASE A LEAF FILTER SYSTEM YOU WILL HAVE TO HAVE THE FILTER EASHED OUT EVERY 2 OR 3 YEARS. GOOD LUCK

Greg, our sales guy took the time to answer all our questions. He wasn't push but definitely made sure we knew why this system was a good option for us.

Donald and Tracy, who did the install, were friendly, polite and also answered every question we had. They installed over 200 ft of guttering and completed the job in the same day.

Overall, it has been a good experience for the purchase and install. It looks great and we are very pleased with how it turned out.

Damian came out and inspected my 9 rental properties. He did a great job explaining how leafguard is going to solve all my water and debris issues on all my properties. I had an amazing experience with him and highly recommend Damian and the leafguard product.

My parents and I both have had Leafguard gutters for 10+ years. After consulting a contractor to fix water damage to the basements of both homes including black mold at one, he determined the gutters were failing in multiple ways. Downspout extensions that were not installed correctly, corners that were not sealed, gutters not angled on the homes correctly. I am grateful for the lifetime warranty. I contacted Leafguard and they sent Tracey Sheilds to inspect the problems I reported and he found the same problems and more. He did suggest getting pictures and videos when it was raining so I knew I would be reaching back out but Leafguard kept calling to make appointments and even sent someone (Cal) when I was not home to do an inspection who claimed he sealed one corner and nothing else seemed to be wrong but he also told me to get picture and videos. So when I did text back after it rained, the original scheduler (Andre) I had been in contact with did not respond. I called and was told I was speaking to a manager (Donald) and he asked if it would be ok if he came along when Tracey came out to fix the problems at both homes but he didn’t show up. Based on the obvious poor installation by different crews on two homes, I cannot recommend Leafguard today. The product is far too expensive to be installed incorrectly which later may cause property damage. But if you already have Leafguard, I highly recommend requesting that Tracey be the only technician they send. He’s timely, professional, competent/knows what he’s doing, takes pride in his work, and does what he says he’s going to do. He’s the reason for 2 stars instead of 1. Unless Leafguard is trying to ruin their brand which I’m beginning to wonder if that’s the plan, they need a competent person supervising installations of the product and they simply need to employ more people like Tracey Sheilds.

I had to have some minor repair on my 10 +years of great gutters and I was privileged to meet Brian who was more than a repair guy... He was very knowledgeable on gutter and reasoning on issues of gutters he was awesome fixing my problem. I'm sure I'll have another 10 +years of great service.
