I had a great experience with this company! The cost I was quoted was fair and the response time excellent. I was able to pick a time for the installers to arrive rather than my having to work around when it was most convenient to them, and I loved that. My installers arrived a little early and did the work efficiently, finishing over an hour before expected. They rerouted the flow of water a bit to ensure that most of the water flows away from the low point of my driveway like my old gutters did, so they assessed my needs on the spot and fixed a water retention problem I’ve had for years. They did some extra little things too, such as making sure all the loose trimming nails along the upper edge of the house were fully pounded in before installing my new gutters and trimmed back the tree branch that was rubbing up against the highest part of our house. They even offered to check the gutters in the back while there were here and clear out any major debris. They were personable, funny, and got the job done well and quickly, explaining everything they did in detail. My new gutters look great! I am really happy with the work they did and would recommend them to others and hire them again.

Excellent service from start to finish. During the initial quote, Eric spent time thoroughly reviewing the project, answering questions, and discussing the different products available. Other companies spent a fraction of the time. The install team (Dave and Ky'hee) was equally impressive. Dave talked me through the entire installation process and discussed any aspects that needed special attention. In addition, he pointed out potential issues to look for and told me not to hesitate to call if I had any concerns. This was an outstanding experience and I'm very pleased with the result!

We had a fantastic experience with Gutter Shutter of the Triangle! Their gutter technology truly works—I had to wait about three weeks for a proper rain to validate, but it exceeded expectations. Not only is it highly functional, but it also looks great and is a fantastic value for the price.

The installation crew, including Ky'Hee Durden, was phenomenal. They were always on time, honest, very cordial, efficient, and left the worksite spotless.

Dave was a delight to work with. We had some extra soffit issues going on and he was able to break it down for us in layman's terms so we knew exactly how to approach repair and replacement. Scheduling was a breeze and they showed up ON TIME with everything they needed. They were super respectful of our home and maintained a clean workspace. Dave does a great job of setting expectations and they delivered. First big rain event after the install was night and day from what we had going on before. I decided to go with Gutter Shutter because from start to finish the team was professional and explained the product installation. I was most satisfied with the value and that that Dave wasn't pushy and was patient in explaining the product, etc. He was friendly. Also, I commend the team that did the installation. Maurice and his team member worked well together. They were very professional from start to finish. They did a great job on my installation. I now have peace of mind knowing that I did the right thing by going with this company. It was evident that the installation team cared much about giving me great service and peace of mind in protecting my new home. Great job team!!!

I just had first contact with this company in November , 2024. I had my entire large home installed with this Gutter Shutter product. All went very well and I am impressed by the management, the installers and the product itself. I am looking forward to no longer dealing with gutter cleaning and attending issues. I rate this company as first rate AAA+++. TOP NOTCH!! It is an impressive company with intelligent, highly capable, caring and very competent management and installers. GO FOR IT !!!

Called and explained what I wanted done and later rep call and schedule a meeting. Upon arrival and meeting he explained that the company was install instead of repair which I told him it was explained when I called. However we continue to discuss my gutter problems. He told pictures and measurements then showed me the product shutter gutter system. I did like one of the system and he said he would get the quote wrote up and email it to me. Unfortunately the price tag is a bit steep for us right now especially for my other half. Either way rep was very nice and answered all my questions without any sale pressure. Would recommend anyone to try shutter gutter for their possible gutters.

We had another great experience with the team from Gutter Shutter of the Triangle - this time for the big job of installing new gutters and guards on our house. Dave and Hays were extremely helpful in choosing the best systems for our home while respecting our wishes, with an emphasis on quality at a reasonable price. The installation job by Ky and Josh was truly professional, going the extra mile to replace any rotting fascia and making sure that the system was installed correctly. The new gutters and guards do the job well and look beautiful - we very happy with the experience from start to finish!

I had a gutter come down during recent rainstorms so when I spotted the Gutter Shutter truck outside of my neighbor's house I raced out to see what they would recommend. Dave provided me a quote the same day AND was able to reattach the gutter until I could get the wood rot repaired and a new gutter put on. I am so grateful for their assistance and advice!

I recently had French drains installed and needed wider gutters and downspouts. I prefer using a local company because I have found they treat you like a neighbor, not just another client that rushes you through the entire process.

Hay, the sales estimator, explained the job from start to finish. He showed me their product and answered my many questions.

The appointment coordinator, Olivia, was able to get a day and time that worked around my drains being installed.

The crew arrived with Matt (Owner), Dave (Operations Manager) and Ky’Hee (Foreman/ Lead Installer). From the moment I shook hands with Dave, I knew I made the right choice with Shutter Gutter of the Triangle.

They worked fast and efficiently. They were very mindful of a few bushes that were in their way. Clean up left my property immaculate.

I wasn’t going to get leaf guards, but when Dave saw my newly installed drains, he explained how the many trees around my home could cause their leaves to clog my drains. I knew I could trust his suggestion because at that point I realized I wasn’t “just a customer” but another customer they cared about.

2 week update; Can you imagine a company coming back to your house and fixing a problem that they didn't cause?? Well, today Dave and Ky' Hee did exactly that! The company that put the French drains in, unbeknownst to me, attached the wrong piping to my downspout. It was leaking when raining. When I text Dave a video of it, he said he would fix it. They came over with the correct pipe, installed it, and, wait for it....

DIDN'T CHARGE ME!

I had a phenomenal experience with Gutter Shutter of the Triangle. I initially worked with Matt who came out and provided different options and they were priced very competitively with other companies I spoke to. I have lots of trees in my backyard, so I went with the premium Gutter Shutter system. This is the best gutter system I could find by far. I researched for several months and talked to quite a few companies. You will not find a better-quality gutter than Gutter Shutter.

Dave and Ky’Hee completed the installation, and they were great also. They did a fantastic job with the installation. I am very happy. My gutters work great, look great and I will not have to worry about them clogging and getting them cleaned on a regular basis anymore.

If you are looking at gutters or gutter guards of any type, make sure you call Gutter Shutter of the Triangle. You will not find a better product, value, or a gutter company to work with in the Triangle. A+ experience all the way around!

We had Gutter Shutter come to our home to look at a few missing downspouts and drainage concerns. Dave was very informative and incredibly honest. He provided a quote for the work, but let us know that it was something we could likely do ourselves. He shared his knowledge and know-how for what we would need to fix things. He explained the installation process in detail and made thoughtful suggestions, like painting the area at the roof black to blend seamlessly with the new black gutters I chose. His suggestion showed his attention to detail and experience, as it really improved the overall look of my home.

Dave went above and beyond in every way—he even picked up some garbage left behind by the trash truck (which wasn’t his responsibility at all!) and offered to bring my garbage can back to the garage when the job was done.

Dave and Ky’hee are the absolute best. They did a fantastic job on our gutters, which turned out to be somewhat of a complicated job. They made custom pieces, adjusted the pitch in certain areas, moved downspouts as needed and more. Their work felt super intentional and thought out, all informed by a solid knowledge of how this stuff works. You can tell they know what they’re doing. And they encouraged us to reach out if any issues come up AND they were kind to my kids - can’t ask for more. Would recommend to anyone, total all-stars ⭐️

Gutter Shutter offer several great product options with warranties that are difficult for smaller operators to match (especially if you factor higher likelihood for smaller operators to remain in business for many years). They installed gutters for our entire home about a year ago, which included some tricky roof pitch challenges. Recently, I noticed water overrunning one portion of the gutter system in one of those challenged areas. Dave was out the same day that I called for assistance and addressed the issue on the spot. It’s always a pleasure to work with Dave and Ky. Highly recommend!
