All other reviews are written by employees. This company is the epitome of unprofessionalism. They did not show up when they promised- in fact they never showed up. Osmany, kept making up excuse after excuse until he just stop answering the phone. Save yourself the headache and find a real company. This is definitely a fly-by-night company.

Quality work, quick, responsive and reasonable price. They also work in Broward. I will call them again if I need additional gutters for my house.

I needed to replace my gutters and read about seamless gutters. After calling a couple of companies, the only person to respond was Osmany from Green Solutuons. That was the first plus. We scheduled the appt. and not only was he prompt, he called ahead to confirm. That’s the second plus. He came to my home, I indicated all the gutters that needed replacement plus additional areas where I wanted some installed after which he sat down and explained how seamless gutters work and how lasting they are compared to regular run of the mill ones. Third plus.
He provided a quote within 24 hours, one that I saw very reasonable, scheduled the installation which was prompt on time, and did a terrific and fast job, leaving all the surroundings clean and tidy. I am very pleased with Osmany’s customer service and product and have had no qualms about recommending him to others. I plan on adding gutters to my atrium and I will certainly use Green Solution again.

Terrible customer service and installation. Does not honor their worthless warranty. Rain POURS between gutter and house. The screws to hold the gutter to the house totally missed the wood and there is a huge gap between the gutters and the house. Save your money and frustration. Unlicensed unprofessional owner.

I will now add the word L-I-A-R to the description. I requested that they be repaired, he offered and promised to replace the gutters after three years of calling and being told they would fix. They attempted to repair several times but each time they still leaked - actually POURED water!!! Osmany sent me a text stating he would replace gutters at no cost to me due to poor installation.

My first call was within days of the original installation to request repairs, my last call was a week before I had the house painted in Oct 2018. Osmany came out in October and said the installation was done wrong and he would replace the entire gutters. Within hours of leaving he called me and insisted that I remove the negative review on Yelp. I stated once my gutters were working properly I would remove it. I told him he had control of how long the review would be up. The sooner he fixes the problem, the sooner I would remove the negative review. Days later, he added his response to the Yelp review blaming the painter (and NO the painter didn’t swing or hang from them) and emphasizing it was 3 years later - he gave me a 5 year warranty!!!

Look at the photos: the house was yellow when installed, the house is white now!! HIS 5 year warranty is a JOKE!!!

Update:

They did come and affixed screens. Installers claimed that original installers forgot to install screws. Still, we are missing some screens that blew over as a result. Waiting for this to get fixed

Hired them for new gutters and leaf screens. Installation was ok but follow up for service has been poor. Leaf build up on the gutters (gutters spilling during major rain) which mean that the screens failed.

Been asking him for a week+ to come by to check gutters and first thing they are asking is for a maintenance fee ???? We installed leaf screens to eliminate maintenance !!!

In any case, still waiting for them to show up to and provide “maintenance”.

Excellent company experience. Requested quote and within 1 hour Osmany the owner, and an assistant measured the guttering area I was looking at and provided a written quote. Installation was scheduled for2 working days later.
They turned up in time after a call letting us know they were 30 minutes away. Osmany and two assistants reconfirmed measurements, created the guttering (continuous feed machine in the vehicle) installed guttering and downspout, sealed joints, painted joints and cleaned up in less than two hours.
Professional. Polite. Courteous. EXCELLENT.

Osmany was great. Very friendly and helpful. Gave us a fair estimate. Followed up. Delivered as promised. His 2 employees arrived on time and finished the work promptly. We are impressed with this business. Would recommend.

I contacted Green Solution Rain Gutters after the recent tornadoish storms pulled a piece of my rain gutter away (loosened). I wanted it repaired before another storm hit. I called and he said he'd come by to check and do an estimate. It took a few phone calls and emails (he forgot about coming by). But it was worth to keep calling, because he came by at the appointed time the third time we made an appointment and he promptly fixed the gutter. He explained that the gutters should be cleaned by June, so I know to call. Osmany is pleasant in person.

So, I do recommend this company and suggest you just stay on top of contacting him. I assume he gets very busy and travels all over the county doing work. Patience is sometimes a good thing. The previous reviewer about missed appointments is right. Still, I would definitely call him again should the gutters need work.

If you're bothered about having to stay on top of calls/emails/texts for service, then you may get frustrated. I recommend you just do that--stay on top of it.
