Jim from Leafguard was great to work with. As a property manager, I've dealt with clogged gutters and mediocre leaf filter systems of all kinds. This system is the only one I've never had an issue with and Jim's visit today was to have them install their gutters on my own house.

Rick was awesome came out to the house explained in detail process, since we have had leaf guard in the past this product is fantastic.

Tyler worked with me to get me to a comfortable price range. **EDIT** I am changing my review. So over the summer the gutters worked as they should and proved valuable in the fall. In the winter though, by far the worst ice damming I have ever had. This exacerbate the original issue I was facing which lead me to these gutters in the first place. I remember even asking the very question when getting my quote "what about icicles and damming" I was told that because of the design this would not be an issue as the water doesn't have a trough to settle in, which is true, but, here we are. I called and asked why this was the case and that I was told this shouldn't be. I was told a specialist would call me back. The next day I get the call and was told, for a lack of better phrasing "that's just how it is".........awesome....I did not think I would have to be up on a ladder this winter but I guess that's just how it is now. I added extra pics for workmanship. I decided not post these earlier because i thought if it works it works, but now that I have been kind of shrugged off I feel ya'll should know. A lot of screws looked crooked, the flashing was bowed out in a number of spots. Edit edit. Asked a trades guy about adding the heated line and he said that it most likely wouldn't work in this situation. So there's that.

Kristina is very patient and very acknowledged of what she does. She is very talkative and polite. We are very happy with the information and service we received from her.

Kristins was my sales consultant! Let me say she was phenomenal. She definitely knows her job. She made financing so easy and got me to a price I could afford being on a fixed income. She has a great personality and so easy to work with. I totally recommend her to anyone

I give 5 stars to Christina my sales rep she was awesome when I started having problems with the installing process she was there the whole time making sure everything was done I gave this review a 3 stars due to the project manager angel I wasn’t satisfied since day 1 on installment day I had to call to see why no one came out yet to getting a call from him stating we have to push ur day back but not sure when never went over my project with me I had holes left that was not fixed were birds started building a nest I feel that they should do a walk through with u when they are done to make sure there are things u don’t like I asked for white gutter they placed a brown gutter on white just horrible I had dry rot wood which they tore out that was not properly installed had to wait for a service call to get those taken care of

TLDR: Leafguard keeps my aging mother from climbing a ladder and that is priceless!

The two gentlemen, Damon(sp?) and James, were ahead of schedule for a recaulking repair on a corner. They were curtious, very attentive to detail, and in-and-out. Leafguard has been phenomenal on my house for close to 5 years now.

Leafguard totally met my needs. True professionals. The representative came to my home and spent the necessary time to show me the problems that my current system was causing and did not pressure me with high pitched sales. Friendly, courteous, personable and professional is what I have experienced with the company. I will make sure that I refer them to friends and family who are in need of gutter concerns.

Bill came to the house and did an amazing job! We saw them at the Builder House show and will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs new gutters! General manager also very kind and polite!

The Sales experience was easy and seamless. Issues with our existing gutters were thoroughly documented and explained to us and how the Leadguard system can address issues and prevent any further damage. Great experience!

Brandon did a great job explaining the product. He did a thorough review of our current gutter and issues, shared the problems we could face if we didn't make a change, but didn't pressure or use scare tactics. He was personable and knowledgeable. Install was scheduled for the next day.

Save your money. These don't work in heavy rain. The water runs over the top and into your basement. View my videos. The problem is chronic with every storm. In the winter, the icicle build-up will run from the roof to the ground. DO NOT PURCHASE! YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Worked with Bill R. on our project. As a representative he was very easy to work with, informative, and professional. He made the process very smooth to understand.
Had the gutters installed the next day before the clouds opened up and down poured for the next few days. They work amazingly and do not have any complaints. They look very slick and was super impressed they had multiple colors to choose from to fit our building color.
Would highly recommend to anyone looking for new gutters.

Our sales rep, Kristina, was very personable and knowledgeable. We like the product, no longer have to clean out the gutters. Installation crew were here for about 61/2 hours, very professional and did a great job cleaning up. Love the look of the gutters, gives the house a nice clean look. Just have to wait for some rain now.
