Communication is an important when working with a contractor. I would avoid this company. They provide no response. I am passing on this company.

Good work and done on time. I highly recommend!

Company not responsive, after looking at my gutters they said they would give me a quote shortly. One week later I contacted wondering about the quote, was told still working on it. Three weeks later, still no quote.

Incredibly professional from the first call to the final project. I have referred them to several friends and neighbors and we could all not be happier!

These guys came out quick and did a great job. I will use them again in the future.

They installed the whole strip of back gutters on my house back in May 2023 when I had my roofing company redo my roof. They were working under the roofing company so I trusted they were vetted/good as I liked the roofing company itself.

Since then, over the last year or so the middle section of the gutters they installed has been receding from my house, pretty severely. I tried calling them time and time again and spoke with the owner and he said he'd get back to me to put me on the schedule and then would never call me back. I did this like 5 times which feels fishy to me now.

Finally got a more reputable company to come out and diagnose the issue and they said the drip edge was very obviously incorrectly installed, they wedged it between the gutter and the house when it needs to pertrude over the gutters to divert the water otherwise the water drips straight down and rots out the support beams which was happening. When the beams rot out the screw that's in them to support the gutters to the house recedes and the gutters essential fall off the house, that's what was happening.

I was told they need to take it all off and add a completely new gutter and new support beams for the rotted ones..will likely be $2,000 worth of work for gutters that were supposed to last wayyyyy beyond 1.5 years and did obvious damage to my home. They also installed the screws very high up on the support beams, they should be installed in the middle to balance the weight of the gutter. It's like whoever installed them knew nothing about gutter installation.

Anyways - don't use these guys. Save your money and damage to your home.

Gutter Pro NW did a fantastic job installing my gutters from start to finish. They came and surveyed my old gutters, promptly got me a quote which was reasonable, and installation was scheduled the following week. The team arrived on time and were very professional. They cleaned up and made sure there was no debris left behind. They came out the following week to make sure everything was installed properly. Most of all, the gutters work perfectly and do their job. This was an A+ experience. I would recommend this company to everyone!
