I do/did have an issue with the gutters but never heard back from anyone so I just gave up...They didn't account for a space above my door and so there's been an open gap between roof and pergola that lets water just rain above door preventing anyone to go there while its raining. Didnt realize this until it rained quite a bit, I reached out to Patriot but because I never heard back from anybody, I tried to redneck something up there, but it just doesn't work so I may not be the greatest person to review… The rest of the work was good, and on time. 🤷🏻‍♀️
