I’ve used Metro Gutter and Home Services a few times because of emergency repairs needed to my gutters and my roof on different occasions due to damages caused by high winds. I also used them to replace my damaged house chimney crown. Each time I called to request service an Estimator promptly visited my home to assess the repairs that I needed and prepared and emailed me a written estimate asap. Once I reviewed and accepted the estimate, the company was able to schedule the work needed without delay. I am extremely pleased with their response time and the excellent quality of the work performed on each occasion that I’ve had them do work on my house for what I, a senior on a fixed income, consider to be reasonable prices.
This company has definitely become my “go to” for my roofing and gutter needs!

Metro powerwashed my front walk and a small deck, then three days later put sealant on the deck. The same crew did both jobs, and they were excellent. Professional, friendly, very responsive to our requests. And they were super thorough on both visits, taking their time to do the jobs right. We are very pleased with the beautiful results.

Emmanuel and his coworker were on-time, professional and meticulous in the power-washing. The house looks freshly painted! I appreciated how much care they showed with shrubs and flowers and not to flood the porch. I highly recommend them.

The Metro Gutter team was great. We recently moved into our home and needed some off schedule gutter cleaning, and the guys we great - quick, efficient, and offered tips and information on the roof, gutters and how to keep the downspouts clear in between maintenance, which is invaluable to new homeowners. They even provided advice for unclogging my underground downspout drain, which was very appreciated. I will definitely purely be using Meteo Gutter again and would highly recommend.

Metro Roof & Gutter are fast, efficient and polite. They do a great job cleaning our gutters and inspecting them, and the roof for any issues. They provide excellent customer service, and give quick and fair estimates. At our last gutter cleaning, they noticed that one our gutter guards was missing, and called us right away to schedule a replacement. We are very happy with their service and professionalism!

I've been using Metro Gutter and Home Services Inc. for several years to clean my gutters of my 3-level townhouse. They have always done a good job. This latest time was no exception. Communication with the office is good. There was a little mishap this time. The discount that was applied was supposed to be for 15 percent, but they accidentally applied a 20 percent discount. It only amounted to a $14 dollar discrepancy. No big deal. They called me and told me about it. Total cost was $ 175. I've been happy with their service and I will use them again.

I hired Metro Gutter and Home Services to remove old gutter covers, clean out the gutters and install a new gutter cover. I found them very responsive, communicative, and professional. They did a great job on the gutters and cleaned up the yard. They discovered two birds nests in the gutters with eggs not yet hatched. They notified me and waited until the birds hatched before completing the work. I appreciated the thoughtful approach to the birds! Overall a very positive experience.

Metro Gutters took care of us and our gutters! They were reasonably priced and thoroughly cleaned our gutters as well as all the fallen debris from the cleaning when I really appreciate. They are officially our gutter people now! Highly recommend!

Showed a genuine interest in providing outstanding service.
