Rodney was an absolute class act. Not pushy. Very punctual. And extremely knowledgable. In contrast to other companies and estimates we got, K-Guard was amazing. The product is amazing, the warranty is serious, and the people/service are even better

I had looked at other gutter systems and this one made the best sense. The whole project was taken care of with kid gloves. The new gutter system looks great and after the first rain works very well.

KGuard is great. The workers and staff were kind, courteous, and professional. The gutter they installed wasn't to fit, but they made it right without any additional charge. I highly recommend KGuard to anyone needing to replace their gutters.

Jackson Bain with Kguard Gutter System is the real deal.He responded to our inquiry in a timely manner. He arrived at our home on time and immediately assessed concerns about an overflowing downspout with a simple and inexpensive solution.
Without a doubt, he could have made a major project out of it, involving rescheduling and returning in a week. Instead he took the time to take care of our concerns on the spot. We recommend him and his company without reservation!

Wow!!! Is all I can say. Jackson was awesome. I was looking for gutter repair and while that's not what K-Guard does (they do new installation), Jackson was soooo nice, he helped me with repairing the gutters anyway. If you want honest people, good customer, etc. this is the company you should select.

We wanted heat coil installed in a problem spot on the roof of our home to stop icing. The company was responsive and provided a bid. After the materials arrived, the installation was quick and complete with no mess. We have had our first snow storm and they seem to work perfectly.

It is rare to find a company that goes above and beyond what they say they will do. K-Guard is such a company. Adjectives that come to mind are: thorough, professional, honest, knowledgeable, and quality service. When my husband and I were debating whether we should still be climbing ladders, we heard Tom Martino give an extensive laudatory review of K-Guard on his radio show. We were not disappointed.

My father fell of the roof in 2014. Although he swore he'd never get on the roof again... So we had finally had enough of his clandestine attempts to clean the gutters behind our backs. Why do 80-year-old men think their bodies can perform the same as it did during the 30's??? And yes, I'll be there one day too.

After three months of research and talking to all the other brands (gutter helmet will destroy your shake roof, leaf guard won't keep leaves from coving the mesh, and the mesh has to be cleaned every few years, and leaf guard is version 1.0 while K-guard is version 2.0 and a significant upgrade), we went with K-guard of Rocky Mountains.

Bottom line we already knew they had the best product, but Jackson, Dan, Jeff and his team were beyond professional. They fixed everything that our old gutter guy messed up as well as some things the roofer did wrong as well as listening to my 79-year-old mother's concerns about her husband's sneaky, sneaky ways. They even returned to connect some downspouts that were not in the original quote! The product is great, but it is the people behind this product that make it five stars.

Now I just need a security system to keep him from climbing the trees to prune the limbs.

Best investment I could have made did much research on products and by far this was the best my neighbors that opted for other gutter solutions are envious of my K-Guard system. As to the company they were great on the install and cleanup also customer service is a 5+++

A really good group of people work for this company. The owners and crew are very responsible and on time. They listened to our concerns and made adjustments as needed to correct the drainage issues needed on the gutters. The gutters look really good too!

Honestly, I can’t give this more than 2 star. Jackson was great on the front end up until we signed the contract. From that point, we hear nothing for a few weeks until Jackson left a message saying that if we weren’t going to make a decision that he would have to drop the quote…I called back and left a message saying it wasn’t a quote but a contract to do the work and to call me back. A day or 2 later I get a call from a woman saying they were having trouble getting materials. Another week or so later they scheduled giving a “window” when they would arrive (this is an investment house and we don’t live there. On the day of install, after I waited well past the time they were to arrive, my wife got a call asking how the job looked (I now believe they were looking for payment) and she told them the crew hadn’t shown up. Shortly after, I get a call saying they are running late. When they were installing, they didn’t have a saw to cut the hole in the deck to do the downspouts so I lent them one. They disappeared a bit later and left the downspouts not connected to the drains, left old gutter laying in the driveway and large screws laying around. I left another message for Jackson and again, he doesn’t call back so I have my wife call the office and tell them the issues, they call back and say they didn’t have parts but would be back. We had weather coming in and the way the downspouts were left would put water into our basement so I insisted they get it done ASAP. they came back the next day and installed black transitions on beige downspouts going into white pipe. They didn’t install any cleanouts that were on the contract and didn’t follow up at all.

My wife called and sent the pictures of the transitions only to have the girl tell her they didn’t make them any other color. While she was on the phone my wife got on the internet and found white ones.

They finally got the parts in, installed the white transitions but no clean outs. We left town and got a call from Pat to my wife’s phone (who had been communicating with her all along) saying we needed to settle up on the bill. My wife explained that we gave a credit card at the time of contract but asked if they could take the cleanouts that were never installed off. Pat said she would look into it then called my phone a few days later looking for payment. At this point, I unloaded on her telling her my issues saying that she was working with my wife, my wife would be happy to pay it but needed talk about what was not done.

Never one return call from Jackson for my calls directly to him. Felt like they didn’t give a crap about the issues.

There are a lower priced options with similar product. We were hoping for the service to be better and didn’t mind the price because of that. In the end it seems they simply take an order and farm it out to a contract crew (who didn’t speak English). Not a great experience…I gave two stars because of the initial sale and the fact that it looks fine but I’m sure any gutter company could do as well or better

I added a roof over my deck and needed 22' of gutter and a two-story downspout. This, being such a small job, was not of interest to most gutter installation companies I spoke with. Jackson and K-Guard took on the job and managed to complete exactly what I needed exactly when I needed it. The workmanship is excellent and the communication top-notch. Highly recommended.

We recently replaced our roof, and wanted to address our constantly pine-needle-clogged gutters. K-Guard got the job done in one day, and it looks great. K-Guard is perfectly designed for the weather we experience here. Looking forward to NEVER having to clean out gutters again!

I bought my retirement home and want the best of everything in it. I turned to K-Guard gutters to replace the failing, clogged gutters I had. We live on Lookout Mountain surrounded by huge, beautiful pine trees that had consistently clogged our gutters. Due to the higher elevation, ice damming also was a consistent problem during the winter.

These experts came in, knocked out the job and installed heat tape lines where needed. Now... NO clogs, NO leaks, NO ice dams and the house looks great!

I've had them in for a year now. One area of gutter that I wanted a specific way, just didn't work well over the winter. So they came back out to redo that. Spoiler alert... they made it a warranty repair and did it for FREE.

Amazing work. I highly recommend them and their unique product.

The salesman--Rodney--was very thorough and professional without being pushy. The installers showed up on time and were friendly and also professional. I was unable to be home at the end of the day when the job was finished so could not do a walk through with the crew. However, Jackson, the owner, came over a few days later, did a walk through and personally took care of one minor detail that had not been completed. All in all an excellent outfit to do business with.

K-Guard was very easy to work with. They were on time and even got my appointment earlier than expected for install due to having no current gutters and it being rainy season. Sales was very knowledgeable and able to show me all possible options from other vendors and helped to explain how each have their pros and cons. Gutters look great.

After listening to Jackson describe K-Guard and it's many advantages we were sold on it. He was very knowledgeable and wanted to convey just how good his system was. The job was done in a timely manner and we were thoroughly impressed. We would definitely say "go for it" if you're "sitting on the fence". From beginning to end everything went smoothly.

Ever since I bought my home I have had to deal with cleaning out my cutters. What a pain when I did it myself. When I hired it out, 80% of the time the results were less than acceptable. I had researched and got bids from several cutter companies and found them to costly and/or poorly reviewed. Then I called K-Guard. Adara came to the house and explained the system in detail and gave me a very competitive bid. I had already done my research on the system and the company. We closed the deal. Installation was quick and easy. I would diffidently recommend.

Update: After posting my previous review, the owner contacted us, came out to see the issues and everything got fixed and taken care of quickly.

We signed the contract on August 1st and were told they would need to order all of the gutters. After 4 weeks, we hadn’t heard anything so we called to see if everything came in. The girl that answered said yes and that she would be calling us “in a day or two” to schedule. A week later we still hadn’t received a call so we called again and were told that “someone would be contacting us to schedule”. After waiting through the weekend someone finally called us back. The gutters were installed on Wednesday, September 11th, and we were told that someone would return the next day to pick up the leftover gutters (about a 10’ long box; two small boxes of old gutter parts and a bag of trash) which they left in our driveway. No one showed up to get the boxes on Thursday or Friday, so on Saturday we called the office and the girl said someone would be coming on Monday so we moved everything out of our driveway to the side of the house. We had to call the office again on Tuesday (because no one showed up on Monday), they finally came out on Wednesday (a week after the install) to pick everything up. We had a few issues with the first rain, and a guy came out on September 25th and fixed two of the three issues and told us he would have to check to see if they had the parts in stock to fix the remaining problem. We never heard back so we called the office and they set up an appointment for them to come out again on October 8th, but no one showed up or called to tell us they weren’t coming. Today, October 10th we called the office to find out why no one showed up and were told the parts weren’t in so they didn’t come out. Now they are scheduled to be here on October 15th to supposedly fix the remaining issue. The gutters look nice, we haven’t had another rain to see if the first two problems have been actually fixed. The sales guy and installer were great but the office staff doesn’t seem to have a clue about anything, they don’t return calls when they say they will, no one seems to know how to communicate with customers, and we are left feeling extremely frustrated.

My wife and I decided we were too old to be climbing on the roof to clean our gutters, so we contacted K-Guard for an estimate. The sales person was very professional and gave us an excellent presentation and a to-the-penny estimate for replacing our old, decrepit gutters. They scheduled their installation ten days later and we couldn't be happier. The crew was prompt and did a thorough job, including cleanup. I heartily recommend this vendor.
