We had a gutter detach from our home needing repair and decided to have our roof cleaned & gutters cleaned at the same time. Svet the owner promptly came to our home for evaluation with a reasonable estimate & got us scheduled the same week. They were always on time, went above & beyond getting our roof & gutters cleaned. Thank you Svet & Lorenzo we appreciate your thoroughness, professionalism & immaculate cleaning after you were finished. Sved and his team are great! Came out and quoted the job and was able to get us scheduled for two days later. Cleaned our skylights too! These guys are top notch. Highly recommend! 👏🏻

We had an emergency leak and NW Window & Gutter was able to accommodate a same-day visit. They showed up as scheduled and were able to clean the obstruction in our gutter.

There were additional repairs that needed to be made and they were able to stop by during a non-rainy day to finish up the work.

From setting up the initial consultation to the working with the repair person, I really appreciate how responsive and reliable the service was.

Svet and his team from NW Window & Gutter went above and beyond taking care of our roof moss, removing trim stains and pressure washing patio & driveway. Had an 8 AM appointment, and they showed up at 8:00 on the dot! I had a much needed gutter cleaning performed, which was done competently and professionally. Im very happy with the work (all the debris was cleaned up, and my gutters are spotless!). I will definitely call NW window and gutter again, and based on this experience I would highly recommend them for your window and gutter needs.

Will not call back! Svet did my roof in 1& half hours charged $500. Afterwards he said the other half of the roof & gutters were clean & didn’t need to be done. I asked if it was still $500.? Yes! I felt there should have been some negotiations but no!
Also he left a fern in one of the gutter's.

Svet and his team just completed replacing all the gutters at my place and did great work. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, and their pricing is fair. Definitely recommend.

Excellent service. They showed up right at the time they said they would. I didn't have to spend my day waiting for them. They finished at the time they said and cleaned up everything. The roof got fully cleaned as with all my gutters. The price was less than what others quoted. I will definitely be using them again in the future and will recommend them to others looking for this service.

It was easy to schedule an appointment for an estimate and Svet was professional to come on the committed time. Ran a drone over the roof after a visual inspection from below and gave an estimate right away. My added request of fixing a leaking a gutter was added for a very nominal additional charge and later that evening received a formal quote with the work scoped out.

It was easy to schedule the actual work and Svet stopped by on time and completed all the committed work in about an hour and a half. As part of this he also went above what was committed by cleaning the dryer vent externally and in cleaning the bathroom skylight! Overall very happy with the service and professionalism shown by Svet!

I needed a complete replacement of the gutters.
Svet and his team offered me copper ones, which turned out to have many advantages over ordinary ones. We also cleaned the roof of moss and finally these guys cleaned all 18 windows.

My husband booked an appointment with NW Window & Gutter to get an estimate for removing moss off our steep roof. They arrived promptly, gave us a reasonable estimate, and got us scheduled for the next day.

The next day, Georgi arrived on-time and did a fantastic job cleaning our shingles and gutters. He was so polite, he even cleaned our neighbor’s walkway where some debris had landed. Georgi was very thorough, showing us before and after pictures of his work, and making sure we were happy with the job. We’ll be calling him again in the future.

Wow. This was excellent service. I received a very prompt and fair estimate from Svet for roof and gutter cleaning with a zinc treatment. I was able to get an appointment just two days later. Lorenzo arrived on time. He was courteous and hardworking. I received before and after photos of the roof and gutters and they did a fantastic job cleaning all the moss off. It looks so much better!
