We did not have a positive experience with sales representative Justin. The sales tactics were high pressure, lasted two full hours, and included a bait and switch (offering a gift card for a consultation, then refusing to provide one). We eliminated this company from our list due to the lack of respect and integrity, even though we were interested in the product. Very disappointed.

Jacob (and leafguard as a whole!) was so helpful and professional. He was able to address all of the issues we were having with our gutters and water coming in, and informed us how the new gutters would prevent this. I can’t recommend enough!

From the free estimate to the completion of installation, everyone was prompt, professional, & competent. The new gutters look great & work well.

Troy Walters was the representative who provided the free estimate, he was courteous. He did not use any of the stronghold pressure sales tactics that are generally associated with salesmen. That’s something I really appreciate.

I didn’t get the name of the crew members who installed my gutters, but they were wonderful as well. I had a good experience and have no complaints.

Chris did a great job explaining the system to me. I would recommend him to anyone needing gutters !

Zach was awesome!! He explained everything very well. He pointed out several problems that we have.

Here’s something to think about. You get what you pay for. Yes these gutters are a little spender however they are worth it.

We have a big old messy Sycamore tree in our front yard. These gutter are great low maintenance and the rain does not overflow it actually drains.

If you are hesitant get them you’ll be glad you did!!

Troy was excellent. Looking forward to staying off of a ladder for the first time in 30 years. Also looking forward to stopping fascia boards from rotting.

These guys did a wonderful job and my new gutters look great! During my walkthrough Zach reviewed how to clean out the downspout traps. They did a great job of cleaning up ensuring my yard was free of any metal pieces.

Brandon did a great job of explaining the products and the benefits of having LeafGuard installed. Would highly recommend LeafGuard.

I guess my house wasn’t right for these but I’d also guess this company will never say that from the initial sales (which is in-home and relatively high pressure if you don’t like that, but that’s their model).

During rainstorms the overflow is incredible, like not having gutters at all. I’ve sent them video, they adjust it, add things, nothing changes. Was never like that with traditional gutters.

And here’s a picture just to provide context—I’d add that none of my neighbors have icicles right now.

They will come back to clean them for free, they will modify (they’ve tried to fix issues but I guess on my house it’s hopeless), etc. And we do have a ton of trees and never have leaves in our gutter. But this product is hot garbage on the wrong roof in terms of water flow despite their claims of “better” water handling than traditional gutters.

Zach and Russel were a magnificent team. They spent the entire day removing gutters and installing their product. They were very patient and tolerant of my questions. They are extremely excellent role models as employees for their company.
