Deaunte, John and Isaiah ; did an excellent job replacing 65 feet of sump and downspout line. They cleaned up replaced everything. Very satisfied the work and a fair cost. The work was made more difficult by wet conditions, however they just worked through it. I would recommend them for drain and gutter work. Thanks for the good work. Jim K

Kylar & Devon, my crew for mine and nieghbor's drains for gutters and sump pump. They were very professional in our project. They explained the project before begining. They worked hard and quickly, obviously knowing exactly what to do to solve our problem. They finished in one day. They cleaned up the area after completion. I recently had a drain pipe replaced from the house to the street. The crew of Kylar, Chris and Devon were outstanding. I was impressed with their attention to detail and the quality of the work performed. I was equally impressed with the coordination of the crew and efficiency of which they completed the job. The project was completed in a timely manner and a reasonable cost. They lived up to the name "Professional Gutter & Drain".

Unbelievably effective. We’ve had our drains cleaned before but no way was it done properly. Look at the pictures and you’ll see what they extracted from one part. YIKES!! Worth every penny and they will be replacing piping soon to make this right. So glad we found them! Thanks to Diante and Taylor for giving such care!

We had an issue with a sump pump drain pipe that was not connected to the street. The guys at Professional Gutter & Drain were great! They were professional, quick and very easy to work with. Our issues were resolved and pricing was reasonable. I would highly recommend this company!

The best! Professional Gutter and Drain did such a wonderful job at my home. Austin sndt Terrell were wrapping up when I came home from work and walked me through everything they did. I couldn't be more pleased with all their hard work.

This company installed gutters onto my home with full knowledge that they would not function correctly either out of laziness or ineptitude. Now they just want to sell me more services to fix the issue that they claim exists, but did not bother to mention when they installed the gutters. After several attempts to have them correct the issue under warranty they have opted to just stop responding. I will now be forced to contract a new vendor to correct their work with 2 years left on the warranty before the side of my home and/or foundation faces permanent damage

I had a 20’ section of gutter blow off my garage. I called Professional Gutter & drain . They came out and gave me an estimate that was reasonable so I said do it. We had all that bad rain so it took about a week until they got to it. Jake , Jeff and Mason came out and had it done in no time. Very courteous and very nice. When I need the rest of my gutters done, I know where I’m going. Thank you guys for a great job.

The trio team consisting of both Brandons and Jacob were not only on time. But professional and highly efficient. They thoroughly cleaned my gutters in the midst of considerably high winds. Great work team for a job well done!

I’m very happy with Professional Gutters and Drains, and will recommend them to anyone with a drain issue. Deonte was very personable, and was able to diagnose our problem and fix it quickly, and professionally. He has obviously had a good deal of experience with drain lines, and was able to locate the clog, and repair the drain line in under an hour.
We also had our gutters and downspouts replaced by PF&D, and Jacob, Jeff, and Mason did a great job. They arrived when they said they would, did a good job of explaining the work, and cleaned up after they were done installing. I would recommend them to anyone in need of gutter repair or replacement.

We had a drain issue due to ice. Professional Gutter and Drain were very responsive and fit us into their very busy winter thaw schedule. Deonte on the technician team was very courteous and knowledgeable. He walked me through the scope process and quickly discovered the issue. He put in the time and hard work to get it resolved on that first visit. He also waited patiently for me to fill the sump to make sure that the drain was working properly with no leaks. A+

Disappointed. I waited three weeks for them to come out and was underwhelmed by the finished product.

My downspout drains were over overflowing from poor initial installation, incorrect adapter size, and the ground settling.

I was promised a “2 man crew in a fully equipped truck” in my initial email appointment. When they arrived, they seemed averse to fixing the issue, stating it was difficult to fix and change the type of downspout adapters I had. They told me they only had 3-4 adapters and that I would need to go to Lowe’s and fix the other ones myself.

When they left they said, “great news, we were able to fix all of them.” However, when I inspected the work after they left, it looks like 3 adapters still needed replaced. In addition, their solution to pull 2 downspouts away from the house to “make it work” is less elegant than I had expected from a company that advertises as being the best in Columbus.

Ultimately, I wish I just did the work myself with the help of a friend and a YouTube how to.

Deonte and Isaiah were extremely professional and helpful when they came out to give me a quote on replacing underground drains. They quickly assessed and communicated the problem and answered all my questions. They also alerted me of the issue of water sitting in my drains and provided an easy solution of digging down and lifting up the drains from the downspout to remove it. The previous company I got a quote from did not mention that and were quoting me nearly 3x the cost of Professional Gutter & Drain to replace a section of the drain.

Austin, Nate, and John did a great job replacing my underground drains today. They answered all my questions and were very professional. I'm extremely happy with the care they put into the replacement and ensuring there was enough slope in the areas they replaced. I would definitely recommend these guys to a friend!

This is the worst experience I have ever dealt with. These people are completely unprofessional and liars. Upon the removal of my old gutters that their team was carelessly ripping off, the damaged the Fascia metal and snapped it in half, causing all of my soffits to fall out. I let them know within 2 hours of the install that they damaged my property and they did not care at all. They said it wasnt their problem, even though its clear they caused the damage. Now I am being quoted over 1000 dollars to fix their mistake. Absolute joke of a company and I will be lawyering up.

Jacob, Jeff and Mason did a wonderful job replacing our our gutters and downspouts. They were very professional and did a beautiful job. Give them we give them the highest rating possible.. will recommend them to all our neighbors and friends.

We had to replace existing underground drains from downspouts to the street on both sides of our property and also tie in two more from a screened porch at the back of the house.

From start to finish, getting a consult and quote, being put on the schedule and kept informed, calling ahead always as promised this has been a phenomenal experience and I’m very very happy with professional gutter and drain.

Kylar with Devon and Chris worked hard and carefully around my property in high temps and did a really good job.
They completed the work in the expected time and cleaned up after themselves completely. It was a pleasure to have them around.

They don't honor their warranty. Specifically John Keiter, the service Manager doesn't honor the warranty.

This place has a lot of great reviews which is why we chose them. Unfortunately it seems when they don't do a good job their 5 year workmanship warranty won't be honored.

We got a new roof installed in fall of 2022 by another business and the gutters were installed in spring of 2023 by Professional Gutters & Drain. Our main concern was a downspout by the west side of our home that had the drain running out to the street crushed by a tree.

We removed the tree, got a new drain to the street installed and new gutters done by PG&D. Since that was our focus we didn't pay close enough attention to the installation of the gutters. Last spring we noticed what looked like a waterfall of rain coming down the side of our home to the foundation. This started our journey to try and get them fixed with this company.

We have been speaking with PG&D for a few months now trying to get them to fix the issue. They blamed the roof instillation for why the gutters are not draining correctly. They said the drip edge is not long enough. This is hard for us to believe because we are only having issues on one side of the house, and the drip edge is the some everywhere we look. We verified with them if they could have fixed the drip edge issue for us which they said they could.

We ask them if this is something they could fix and they could clearly identify the issue why the drip edge wasn't fixed during the installation of the gutters in the first place.

This is clearly a workmanship issues which our warranty with them would cover. Instead of responding to our questions. They have chosen to ghost us and refuse to have any further communications with us even though we are still in warranty.

We've considered taking them to small claims court but the amount of effort and money that would go into it isn't worth what we paid for the gutters in the first place. We're having great roofing and restorations come out and repair the work that they have refused to fix.

This company may be a great company but that's only if you get lucky enough that they do the job right the first time. They don't honor their warranty and clearly do not care about customer service.

I've attached a photo showing where the rain is running down the side of our house and now down through our foundation which would lead to long-term damages if we don't do something.

Austin Gutterman owned up to a minor flawed installation that allowed pooling of water in the gutter after a hard rain. They resolved the problem and charged me nothing...a rarity among companies these days.
