Sales pitch: very professional but went on too long was --was repetitive
Installation: took no time at all. ~2 hours. Only problem is that the downspout was the wrong color. It didn't matter to me so I accepted it as is.

Joshua Moore showed up. At this time, I’m working paying off some bills but definitely going with you guys later on in a couple of months or in a few months or for sure before the end of the year. Honestly pays off thanks Joshua.

This company quite possibly has the worst customer service, if you call just be prepared to get rude employees and no call backs when you are transferred to leave voice messages or an email. I got the permanent lighting service the quality is the same as their competitors nothing special save your money and get Govee. They advertise a high end product however its very much a misrepresentation. Its too early in the day for a photo but I will be sharing what it looks like compared to other lights to show the quality.

Amazing Install. Technician spent time to clean, balance, and repair everything so the gutters were ready for the Leaf Filter system.

Instal was a breeze and everything looks great.

Everyone we dealt with from Ricky, our salesman, to the installers was so professional and kind.
The lights look and function perfectly, and add a real Wow! factor to our home.

Josh, the sales rep, did a great job explaining everything and The installers did a great job as well, and took care of it when we wanted it scheduled! Everyone was polite and friendly so the overall experience was great!

The 3 Venezuelan men showed up on time. We had to use a translation app to communicate. At the end of the job, which was well done, I had a conversation with the ‘lead’ guy. He informed me he crossed the southern border 1 1/2 years ago, has a work visa, DL and a social security card and of all the countries he passed through he likes America the best. Wondering if they are vetted??

These guys were awesome. They came and installed the lights and when finished show us the finish product. They then very patiently explain how to work the system. Great guys. I also had trouble with lights only to find out it was my wifi. Dustin who came out twice was very professional and he was patient with me and showed me how to operate control unit. Very happy with all the workers that have come for helping us enjoy our lights!!!!!

Completely thrilled with my new gutters and lights. The installer was amazing. Very courteous even while working in cruddy weather. This was a worthwhile investment in my home.

Leaf filter for my permanent lighting outside was grat. All the representatives from my sales person Travis to the installer we all very knowledgeable and friendly. My lights look great. I now have st my finger tips lighting for all holidays.

The crew that came from Leaf Filter, were adding more gutters to my home, and did an excellent job!!! They even fixed 2 boards right under the gutters that were separating on the corner of the porch. They went above and beyond!! They Were very polite and professional and I would definitely use Leaf Filter again and hope to get that crew again!!

Had Leaf Filter install their gutter guard system. They cleaned out the gutters , resealed and confirmed the angle for proper drainage as part of the installation. Communication and follow up was great. Now I don’t have to worry about clogged gutters.

At this time, I will rate leaf filter at a five as from the sales rep to installation it was seamless and professionally done. The gutters look great on our house. Very nice addition to the look. Now, we're just waiting for rain to see how well they work.

I am more than delighted with the outcome of our lights. The installers were amazing! They arrived on time and explained the process to completion. I don't tell anyone how to spend their hard earned money. However, in this case if you have thought of having lights installed this is the product and people that can make it happed.
