I contacted Discount Rain Gutters about a small job. Quote I was given was more than fair for materials and labor. 2 workers arrived when I was told they would. Installed the gutters in no time. Highly recommend.

I don’t usually write reviews. However, I feel I have to let everyone know the great job Jesus Facundo, owner of DRG Discount Roofing and Gutters, did on our home. We were introduced to Jesus by our realtor, and he did gutters on our house in 2020. In April 2025, we had hail damage to our house, including roof, gutters, wooden fence, exterior light fixtures and windows. After interviewing several roofing companies, we selected DRG due to his reputation and his pricing. We upgraded the roof to GAF ASII (Armor Shield II) shingles with a ridge vent. All of these items were replaced and/or repaired within our budget. In addition, we hired Jesus to caulk, replace as needed, and paint entire vinyl plank siding. His crew installed some commercial exterior weatherproof electrical boxes. If you need any roofing or house repairs done, Jesus is your man. His team can handle any job.

DRG did a fabulous repair job for me. A huge tree limb came down and destroyed my specialty gutters. Jesus was able to find the right replacement at a great price, quickly got the repairs done, and even cleaned out a portion of my other gutters. Great, quick service at a fair price!

tl;dr When you call back about a bad install and the first response is "So do you want an estimate?"

I had Discount Rain Gutters do an install for me 3 years ago and wow do I regret going with them. I was planning on waiting on reviewing them until everything has been resolved but after my initial phone call with Jesus about my problems, I'm unsure where this is going to go.

I had gutter guards put in. I'm not a gutter or roof person. Roofs are not in a convenient place for noticing something wrong with them. I didn't think anything of them at the time of install. Recently, I noticed the fascia on my back patio looked off. It is completely soft. A couple days later I'm looking out a second story window during a rain storm and notice that water is pooling up on the roof. What happened is that the gutter guards run against the shingles. In some places, they go under the shingles, in some places the gutter guards bow out, and in this one spot, the gutter guards lift the shingles up, causing water to pool, seep through, and damage my roof.

To prepare myself, I got some roofers out for estimating replacing my roof to see what they noticed and said. They were surprised at the gutter guard installation and said that they couldn't reroof until it was fixed, some asked me to go to the gutter person while others offered to charge me to do it themselves. Ok, so it isn't just me and with some telling me go back to my gutter person (rather than them trying to charge me for it) shows this isn't a scare tactic to drum up business.

Today, I called Jesus. I explained the problem. There was a pause while I waited to see what his response was. I think he was waiting to hear what I wanted but he broke the pause first with the response "so do you want an estimate?". I told him that I wanted my gutter guards and roof fixed. He told me that it was impossible that his gutter guards would do that and that I hadn't been maintaining the gutters and that poorly maintained gutters would flood and damage the roof. He is explaining what is going wrong without looking at it and ignoring me when I tell him that I have seen it and that is not what is happening. He told me the roofers were just trying to fleece me to get themselves business. He repeated these several times before he hung up on me.

As an update, Jesus called me back after looking at the pictures. He still made excuses but gave an offer. We agreed to him paying me some money for repairs and his work crew would remove our gutter guards. I scoffed at the estimate I got for repairs (with only looking at a single picture that didn't show the extent of the damage) and low balled me but I just wanted this over with and accepted. I am out the gutter guards I paid for and several hundred dollars in repair costs but at least I don't have to talk to DRG again.

Great communication, very professional team. They got the job done with minimal interference while I worked from home and it looks great, even advised on a color that looked better than the one I originally wanted (and they were right).

This is my third time working with Jesus. Each time, the price is more than fair and the quality of the work is on par with every other company in the area. A massive branch fell and damaged my roof and shingles. We made the appointment, the crew showed up on time and notified me they would be starting to ensure it would not disturb me, and knocked out the work in less than a couple hours. If you do have any issues after the job is complete, you can let them know and any issues will be corrected.

Jesus and his team did an incredible job installing new gutters on our home. From the very beginning, Jesus stood out for his honest and straightforward communication. He took the time to walk us through our options, provided a clear and competitive quote, and was upfront about everything throughout the process.
The turnaround time was super fast, from the initial quote to full installation, everything was handled quickly and professionally. The materials and workmanship were excellent, and the gutters look and function great.

Awesome experience working with Discount Rain Gutter. The entire process was painless, fast and results were of very high quality. The pricing was competitive and we even received a discount for our Military service!

All of the details were explained up front and no hidden costs were added to our quote. We purchased a full new set of gutters for our home. The day of the installation the team showed up on time (7am) and were completely done and cleaned up by around 11am.

We had a great experience with Discount Rain Gutter. Jesus came out to measure and provide an initial quote. He described the quality of materials, nails used to avoid rust, and assured us they don’t try to skip steps or materials to save on cost. We chose from among all the colors he provided and decided on 6 inch gutters. He was able to provide more downspouts than the competitors for a great price. We are happy with how they turned out and can reach out to them to repair any possible leaks for free. Give them an opportunity to earn your business. You won’t be disappointed.

Great experience with Jesus and his team. Was very thorough with his explanation during the quote, and his guys did in about 90 minutes with another competitor said they could do in 4 hours. The work looks quality and i cant wait until it rains so i can see them work. Also, their price was incredibly competitive, and fair. I got some quotes from other 5ish star ratings in the area and one was almost double, which was outrageous for my small house. Really glad I went with these guys. Thanks Jesus!

The guys did a great job installing the gutters. My side yard was holding water and they knew exactly how to route the downspouts to move the water away from the house. 10/10 would recommend. High quality service and no hassle.

Jesus and his team did an outstanding job replacing my old rain gutters. They were friendly, punctual, worked straight until the job was finished, and left no trace of refuse behind - not a single screw or zip tie or shred of plastic wrap. I recommend them highly.

Discount Gutters was not the first company I talked to about the gutters on the back of my house but for sure ended up being the best. I contacted Jesus Facundo because his company was local to me in Pflugerville. Jesus came to do the estimate himself and impressed me with his professionalism and candor and his knowledge of what the job required. I can honestly say the reason I went with his company was because of how he represented it. He wasn't just the guy who came to give an estimate, he was the owner of the company that ensured I got what I wanted and expected. After we talked for a bit about the job, he found out that I was a retired Vet and that led him to give me a veteran discount and a conversation about why he did. I agreed with his assessment of what needed to be done and the price and we scheduled a date for the work and his guys and him showed up. His crew that came were professionals as well and did a great job with excellent attention to detail and the gutters look great. Their pricing may be discount but the quality of materials and work was top notch. Jesus supervised the majority of the work to ensure it went well and met his standards. I have no doubt the new gutters will do a good job once we get a rain because of that. Hiring Discount Gutters to do the work you need done would be a good move. Kudo's to Jesus and Discount Gutters. I used DRG about 5 yrs ago and they did an excellent job at a fair price. So, when I purchased another home, I searched for their number but called a different company. I wasn’t impressed so I searched again and found the number- very glad I did. Fast, clean, well designed, great suggestions on placement, extremely fair pricing. I will refer DRG moving forward. Very impressed.
