I don’t think I have ever given a bad review but this company must be too busy to handle new clients. The customer service may need to listen a little closer to what a possible customer is trying to say instead of talking over them. I will be giving my money to someone else.

This was our second encounter with the company. First time was to solve a gutter issue on a boat house; second time was to help us solve a down spout problem. Terry Dailey was a pleasure to work with - gave us great advice, spent a lot of time with us.

They came out twice to give me an estimate on a simple 50', straight run,gutter. They arrived around 4:00, supposed to be here around 12- or 1:00 pm. I told them before they gavee my estimate that I was reusing my downspouts. How was I to know a piece of two was missing that connects to the gutter. I really didn't pay attention to it. The guy who came out twice should of seen that when he came out to give me the estimate. So,the piece cost around $25,but they wanted to charge me an extra $175. Don't know if the guys are contractors or not. But, obviously a big rip off
