Luis and his team were great! They arrived on time, did a great job and cleaned up anything that came out of my gutters. And he was reasonably and fairly priced. I will definitely hire him again and recommend him to friends.

My deck was dingy from the winter and covered in cobwebs. Hullisses was very responsive and able to book the appointment for cleaning very promptly. He powerwashed the deck, and also went above and beyond and did our concrete patio as well. I would definitely hire him again!

I called several roof companies and choose JBV because they would also fix broken tiles as part of the cleaning service. I also had them power wash the house. The cost was not the lowest bid but only 100 more. I'm glad I did select JBV> They were knowledgeable and did everything they agreed on in only one day.

JBV did a great job cleaning my skylights! Earlier in the year they cleaned my gutters and fixed a problem gutter. Highly recommend them. They are easy to communicate with and charge reasonable fees.

Everyone needs Hullisses in their lives. I found him on yelp on Saturday morning, called him (and he ANSWERED on the first ring). I told him how my gutters were in dire need of cleaning (water was stuck in them after the big rain). He arrived on Monday AM to provide a free estimate, texted me pictures of clogged gutters & returned on Tuesday to take care of the cleaning (and gutter repairs). He was not only attentive, thorough & efficient, he was very reasonable. It didn’t break my bank (shocking in this day & age). I venmoed him after receiving the “after” photos (aka: finished product). It looks amazing and I wasn’t even home to meet him. From start to finish, it was 48 hrs and so straight forward. If you need to clean your gutters, please call Hullisses. You won’t regret it!!

They did a good job and were professional. The manager came right after I gave a call. Fast estimated, fast schedule for service. They also sent me the pictures before and after finishing the job.

I can't say enough about JBV Maintenance. Hullisses was delightful to work with and so efficient and thorough. He is so knowledgable and repaired my roof and cleaned and repaired my gutters to perfection. His pricing is reasonable and he does so much more than the basics. He took photos of the damage before and after his repairs were complete and gave me a complete report before he started his repairs. We recently went with JBV cleaning services to clean out the gutters and could not have wished for better service. He showed up on time and as I was not on the property he gave me a call to let me know he arrived and was starting the job which I much appreciated. He also made pictures before and after of the roof and gutters and communicated anything that seemed out of the ordinary. Roof and gutters were spotless after his service and contactless payment went smooth as well. I will be hiring JBV cleaning services again for gutter cleaning but also window cleaning and potentially other services.

I had an excellent experience with JBV Cleaning Services. Hullisses, the owner, arrived on time and did a thorough inspection before providing a written estimate. In the process, he discovered several issues that I would not have known about that required problem solving. He took photos of areas that needed repair and gave suggestions about work was needed now and what could wait. His bid was prompt, reasonable and very professional. He arrived on the workday with his assistant to clean multiple roofs, gutters, solar panels, install gutter guards, power wash decks, railings and flagstone walkway. Once I saw how beautiful the decks looked I asked for the cedar shingles around the decks to be power washed as well. The house looks amazingly clean, restored and beautiful. Hullisses came back the next day, a Saturday, with his power tools, to finish work that involved some carpentry to fix a sagging gutter. Overall, he and his assistant worked carefully and did a great clean-up at each stage. I am so glad to have found someone who is so skilled, respectful and professional. I will definitely be hiring him in the future him to keep my home and property maintained.

Huillesses and his team are fantastic. They come every year to do our exterior cleaning for our home. Solar panels, skylights, gutters, windows, lights, etc. They also did a great job powerwashing our front steps. Prompt, affordable, kind, and easy to communicate with!
