Ken was great! He assessed the situation and quickly remedied the problem. He was very professional, courteous, and focused on his task.

Junny did an awesome job in servicing our refrigerator. Replacing our burnt out LED lights. It works great, thank you Junny.

Also, when he finished our repair and checked our plan, he gave us advice, about our current plan verses the new plan and what our potential savings could be. He answered our question and concerns and what the plan could cover and not cover. Great advice and something my family will consider when the time comes to renew our protection agreement plan.

Let me first say, Cornelius, the technician sent, was awesome. He did a thorough job and was clean and courteous. However, he was sent because the first technician was really disrespectful and did not complete the job. He also did not listen when he was told there was a burning smell. Quick to finish the job, get out of there and charge our warranty. It was disappointing because we usually have a good experience with Sears but Cornelius redeemed them. Sears, be sure to acknowledge him! You have a great employee!
