Steve’s ac service was so great! Very thorough from phone communication to the technician Josh Cassaday that came by. He was super lovely and provided great service. They could have made this process any smoother- they got the moldy smell out of all our AC units and we are very grateful

Steve’s Plumbing & AC did an outstanding job providing timely and affordable service. Ryan Y., the technician who came to our home, was respectful, professional, and efficient. Aaron, the project manager, was extremely knowledgeable and very responsive in communicating everything Ryan needed to complete the job the same day.

Within just a few hours, the job was fully completed. Hats off to both Ryan and Aaron for upholding such high standards and demonstrating a true commitment to excellence.

Our water heater broke. Its over 10 years old. They were able to get us a tech same day even though they were booked. From the phonecall to the service provided, top notch customer service! Hoku was very respectful, not just about the service but also in the way he conducted himself in and outside the house. He was also very thorough. Told us what the problem was, what our options were, and helped us get the best out of our buck. He wasn't pushing business. He had our best interest at the forefront. Crystal was awesome! Her customer service was excellent and she helped ease our minds on the whole ordeal. We are definitely going to recommend Steve's Plumbing to everyone!

Koa came to fix my water heater and clogged bathroom sink drain on Christmas Eve! I was so worried it would take longer, but he re assured me that he would get it done and I could enjoy my Christmas! He was friendly, knowledgeable, persistent, and patient. He made time to show and explain to me what was being done - I value the transparency and him showing me.

I signed up for the membership and that saved me 10% - good value for 15$ a month.

Not only were they empathetic but as a first time homeowner they helped me contact a mitigation team in the middle of the night to ensure my belongings were not damaged. Jeremy Thomason provided outstanding service! He took the time to answer any concerns we had. He was able to secure the parts needed and finished in one day when it would usually be a 2 or 3 day project for other companies! He did quality work and is truly a Master Technician!!! Shane was extremely professional. He tried his best to fix my very old spigot and pipe. He then thoroughly explained my options to repair or remodel. I appreciated his honesty and frankness to my situation. He did fix other repairs that was much needed.

My water heater went bad. Called Steve's Plumbing in the morning and Solomon came out that afternoon to check on it. After going over and explaining my options he scheduled to have the work done the very next morning. Next day he and his helper came and did an awesome job in replacing my water heater.
They were fast, very friendly, and cleaned up after they were done.

I was very impressed with Steve's plumbing. My plumber Koa was informative and punctual. He gave me several options to repair my shower and made sure the job was done to the highest standard. He was a good resource for upgrades in the future. The scheduling dept. was good at sending messages if there would be a delay. I thought the rates were reasonable and discounts are available for military and others.

Let me start off by saying that our overall experience with Steve's and the level of service thier technician Chris provided us with was amazing.

Due to the type of AC unit we have (water cooled central AC) and the fact that we live in a high rise condo building, it was basically impossible to find a company willing to come even look at our AC let alone repair it.

Steve's was willing to come out and diagnose it and repair it same day as long as they had all needed parts on hand.

The only reason I gave them a 3 star review is due to the fact that they had to reschedule our appointment twice and since they ask you to be available for a 5-7 hour time window for the appointment this was a fairly significant inconvenience for us. Although they did offer a $100 discount for the inconvenience.

Once Chris arrived he spent well over a hour troubleshooting our AC and finding out what was wrong with it (something that a few other companies we were able to have come were unable to figure out at all)

Once it was diagnosed he went to look for the part in his truck but didnt have it so he asked another technician to run the part out so that he could finish our repair that day.

he was polite and professional and took the time needed to answer any questions we had.

Overall actual quality of service we got was excellent. I would just recommend trying to schedule the repair at a time where you schedule is open.

Santa came to town and delivered the best Christmas gift. Josh responded and throughly assessed my home’s aircon issue. During the process, each troubleshooting steps were explained and detailed potential problems. I didn’t know anything about HVAC but I learned a lot along the way. Overall, the issue was fixed without digging deep into my pocket. Additionally, Josh established a good rapport prior to and made us feel comfortable. First impression is his professional demeanor and honesty. Credit to Steve’s and sticking true to their word, “we do it right, we make it right!” Thank you and keep up the good work.

Jeremy and his crew provided outstanding customer service and took the time to explain everything to us. We love our new solar water heater and really appreciate their professionalism and honesty.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Paul Yee from Steve’s Plumbing Service, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. Paul was diligent, knowledgeable, and incredibly nice throughout the entire process.

He replaced my kitchen sink faucet, fixed a leaking basket strainer, and installed a missing P-trap. In addition to the kitchen work, he also replaced two bathroom shower faucets and installed a new fill valve for the toilet. Paul went the extra mile to restore proper water flow in the bathtub, which had been draining very slowly for some time.

Paul clearly takes pride in his work and stands behind it, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. I would absolutely recommend him to friends and family. Great service all around!

VERY pleased with the service provided!! Thank you, Cory B. for your professional, thorough, and courteous, service! He explained everything step by step.... found out water pressure far exceeded what it should have been. Checked our toilets and gave us a quote for job. Removing our old PRV and installing a new one was no easy feat but you did it. A few glitches popped up and Cory dealt with it and even came back a day later to check on a concern I had. He was able to correct the problem and made sure we were completely happy with the outcome. What he quoted was what we paid... he didn't charge us more, even with the "surprise" pop up problems.... AMAZING! 👏👏 ... you rock!!! His knowledge and courteous disposition is Definitely an A$$ET to his company.

Anthony came within an hour of my call about a water leak and quickly determined the cause after a thorough inspection around the interior and exterior of the affected area. He was knowledgeable, professional, efficient and also connected me with a clean-up and flooring company to start the process of replacing the damaged areas. The cost was also very reasonable considering it was late in the afternoon. Highly recommend him and Steve’s plumbing.

Brandon Sulewski did a great backflow system replacement. He was punctual, provided good honest information, was polite and respectful. And got the job done in a timely manner.

I was very impressed with the service. Soloman was punctual, explained about the equipment we had issues with and gave suggestions with the new equipment. I would definitely use Steve's Plumbing services in the future. Plus, you can purchase an Ohana Protection Plan that includes many perks.

Interesting how STEVES plumbing only responds to positive reviews. I think they cheated us.

The tech (Korey) was pleasant
but he tried to upsell me when I knew all it needed was a part. When he returned from the plumbing supply with the part he told me it required hi-end so the price would be affected. It more than doubled. I tried to keep packaging but he couldn’t find it. It took me 5 requests to get part number, which he said would be on the invoice/bill. It wasn’t. The invoice listed “like delta t17”. Mine was a Koehler. That’s like buying a tire and the invoice stating like a really good tire. I’ve never seen invoicing handled in such a way. So did I get the “high end” Koehler part? Maybe yes maybe no. When I look up the part number on the internet, it doesn’t look the same as what they put in. I would not recommend this company.

Thank you Zack for properly installing our under counter ice maker. We first called Allen’s Plumbers and they came to our house twice because water kept flowing from the bottom front door. The first time they installed some rigged Mickey Mouse house that wasn’t properly attached to the drain spout on the ice maker. The Plumber from Allen’s told us after their second visit that the new ice maker was defected and nothing could be done to fix it. Let me tell you it is hell trying to return an ice maker to the mainland if it arrives broken. After spending nearly $600.00 for a cheap fix I decided to call Steve’s Pluming. Thank you Zack for saving me the hassle of returning the ice maker. The machine was NOT DEFECTED and is making good ice cubes and NO FLOWING WATER from the front door. I am now in dispute with my bank and Allen’s Plumber.

Nalu Pitoy was the technician sent to replace my garage disposal. She was very courteous, professional and skilled at the task at hand. The replacement job took approximately an hour. Unpon completion, she tested her work. Then went over everything that was done.

Steve's was great! We didn't end up going with them due to our budget but Ben came out and explained exactly what was going on with our hot water heater! We now have all the information we need to make a much better informed decision! Thank you!
