Rance came and fixed our leaking shower. After he fixed the leak, I noticed that there is still a very slow drip the next day. I called Rance and he returned to check it out. The cartridge he replaced may have been defective. He replaced it with another cartridge and the drip stopped. Good work.

Excellent! The owner, Rance, actually answered his phone on my first try. He was able to schedule me within the week and in the meantime, we chatted and texted about my specific plumbing issues. He was exactly on time for my scheduled appointment and was efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. All around great experience, I will be calling him for all my future plumbing needs!

To start the new year 2025, I tried fixing my toilet, my shut off valve wouldn’t turn off so I attempted to fix my fill valve anyways. Water sprayed everywhere, attempted to shut off the water with a wrench and cracked the handle.
Put out a request for plumbing on yelp. At first I was hesitant when Rance reached out to me cause there was only 14 reviews on yelp. When I searched on google, I seen more reviews and nothing but positive things were said so I decided to text him.
As soon as I sent out the text, not even a minute and I get a call. Rance was able to come within the hour. Assess the problem and give me an estimate. Fixed the issue less than an hour.

Rance just came by to check out my underground gutter drain blockages and took care of everything including getting out my stuck hose in the drain! Turns out the previous owners covered up my drain outlets, but he snaked them and found the problem quickly (under a foot of rocky soil). Really knowledgable good guy, definitely recommend.

Urgently needed a toilet repair for a leak. Rance was prompt with a response as well as doing the work. He did a great job and provided excellent customer service.
