Jim and his crew did a great job trimming 4 lychee trees over 1.5 days. The crew showed up on time and Jim explained the job to me. He taught me a few things affecting tree health and his crew worked safely. The loud chipping process took less than an hour. His estimate is accurate and reasonable. I highly recommend Jim and his crew. We made plans for a couple more visits over the next 12 months.

My cat got chased up a big tree and I called James to see if he could help, they were there within 5 minutes and got my cat down from the tree safely and helped keep him calm. Thank you so much! Highly recommend these guys not only are they compassionate but clearly skilled in what they do

James and his crew did a really specialized service for our extremely tall ironwood trees. there was no way to get a vehicle of any kind close to them, so they had to climb these 100 foot trees to cut them down. It was a job that most tree services won't even take on. They came and worked their butts off for 4 days straight just rigging the ropes and working together to make sure the climbers were safe and the trees were not falling on power lines or the house. Not a single close call or accident. The stamina it must take to do these jobs is impressive. Thanks to them we don't have to worry about losing power all the time or the house getting damaged. I really appreciate James' 'safety first' approach to this dangerous job. They are lovely people as well. :)

They even helped me keep the beehive that came out of one of the dead trees. So i added that colony to my little collection of hives. It was a lot easier to get that hive with James sawing the log exactly how I needed it to access the comb (see pic).
