Took well over 5 hours to replace the valve cartridge for a bathtub and to snake the bathtub. Charged over $700 before the job was finished and the moment the guy had the money said he can leave and not finish since he got paid. He left it while the bathtub valves were still leaking and said to call his boss, he didn't care.
Please don't use this useless company. I came to find out they sent someone who isn't even a plumber, had no idea what he was actually doing and charged master plumber rates!
