My bathroom mirror is streak free for the first time since I moved in. Small thing but I notice it every day now. The vanity and faucets were polished too. IF you don't appreciate that kind of attention to details, you would not be able to rate the work.

The cleaning products this company uses are simply divine! My home smells so fresh and clean for days after they’ve been here. In fact, I was so impressed with the scent and the quality of the clean that I actually went out and bought the same cleaning products for my own use in between their visits. It’s a small testament to the high standards they uphold in every aspect of their service. Thank you, Host & Home, for not only providing an excellent cleaning but also for introducing me to my new favorite cleaning supplies. You guys are truly great!

As hosts on Airbnb, this is the team you should hire. They are courteous, timely with confirming bookings, and flexible with last minute requests. The cleaner did a great job setting up the space again, folded towels neatly, and even left a little welcome card which my guests noticed. Communication before and after was excellent, received before and after pics which made me happy from afar. Only small hiccup trash cans outside weren't wheeled out to the curb like I do but again not the end of the world. Extremely recommend them for stress less turnovers.

Anthony deserves 6 stars. His cleaning was fantastic. The attention to detail was great. We have used many cleaning services and this was by far the most thorough. Our condo looks excellent. Mahalo Anthony and Host and Home.

Quick turnaround for midweek visit and quite honestly they did it flawlessly even though it was a bit of a last-minute turnaround. Garbage was removed accordingly and they even recycled which most cleaning services toss everything in together but they actually separated it properly. They replenished the coffee bar with new pods and restocked everything so the next guests would be all ready. They even cleaned the shower drain cover, one of those things that always gets disgusting but most people do not even bother with at all. It was all tidy and clean when they finished and you could tell they didn't rush it even though it was a weekday appointment. The one tiny nitpick was one window catch was left half open but seriously that's so minor and I was able to shut it remotely afterward so it wasn't even an issue. In total they obviously knew what a midweek refresh requires and ensured all was guest ready without undertaking unnecessary deep cleaning. It's excellent when cleaners can adapt what they do according to what kind of clean is actually required.

I booked Host & Home for a post-event clean after hosting a big gathering, and they did an absolutely fantastic job. After the event, that property needed quite a bit of cleaning, and they handled everything thoroughly. This is excellent thoroughness for post-event cleaning, and I'll definitely use them again.

Had an emergency same-day turnover situation, and Host & Home was able to accommodate with just a few hours' notice. I was honestly worried it wouldn't be possible, but they made it happen. The cleaner arrived right on time and immediately assessed the situation. The unit needed a thorough turnover clean, and they got straight to work. They finished on time despite the short notice, and sent photos showing everything was complete.

I manage a beachfront property that requires regular maintenance due to sand and salt exposure, and Host & Home has been handling the cleanings perfectly. This recent turnover was after a particularly messy guest stay, and they handled it all beautifully. Their understanding of beach property maintenance is excellent.

Used host & home for a turn-around clean and was completely impressed. From the start, the booking was easy, received a clear confirmation and reminder which I enjoyed. The cleaner arrived bang on time, very polite and professional. Introduced me to the room first before she began, then set to work. Bathrooms were gleaming and wiped down the inside of cupboards without being asked. The room was nicer than it had been in months. The only tiny thing was the vacuum lines on carpet could have been slightly straightened for that photo perfect but guests aren't going to notice anyway. Definitely booking again!

First time using Host & Home for a regular maintenance clean, and I was very impressed with the service. Living areas were tidied, and they even fluffed and positioned the throw pillows. Bedrooms were freshened up, and everything was put away. The only really minor thing was that they put the extra paper towels in the pantry instead of the utility closet where I normally store them, but really, that's not important at all. I will recommend them 100%.

Went with Host & Home for regular cleanings on one of my condo rentals and they've been super consistent. Easy to schedule, flexible with rescheduling changes which is super convenient when guests stay overnight. Employees are always timely, professional, and doesn't need much watching anymore as they remember how I like things set up. Quality has been great with the exception of one time when they didn't leave extra trash bags under the sink but when I complained about it they fixed it the following time. Highly recommend if you want a reliable turnover partner.

Host and home cleaning was great. They were extremely communicative and have high standards of cleanliness. I had no complaints yet there were a couple small aspects that were missed such as cleaning of the window sills and the top of the fridge were uncleaned. Regardless I would highly recommend as they listen to feedback and thoroughly address each home on a case by case basis

Easy booking and fair price. Clean apartment exactly what I needed. I called them for an appointment for the same day and their staff was out in my yard in less than 3 hours. The scrubbed the entire area as well as bedroom and bathroom clean in less than two hours as well. I think that speaks volume about the business.

My property was in serious need of a refresh, and they handled everything methodically. They totally cleaned the kitchen, including polishing all the appliances and wiping down all surfaces. They cleaned the inside of the oven and the refrigerator, including organizing the cabinets. They made both of the bathrooms spotless, including polishing all the fixtures and cleaning the grout. You can count on them every time, and they would never prove you wrong.

This property needed some serious cleaning after the tenancy, and they handled it down to every last detail. They arrived right on time and immediately set to work systematically through each room. The property had been sitting empty for a couple of months, so it needed a good deep clean. They arrived on time and immediately began working systematically through each room. The kitchen was completely refreshed with all appliances cleaned inside and out. They removed the refrigerator drawers and washed them, cleaned the interior of the oven, and polished all of the stainless steel surfaces. Cabinets were wiped down inside and out, and they organized the drawers. The bathrooms were absolutely spotless, with all fixtures shining, grout clean, and mirrors streak free. They cleaned the shower doors and even scrubbed the tile. All floors were vacuumed and mopped, with special attention to corners and baseboards. You could not have asked for more in reality.

Picked them for the move-out scrub job ended up getting every penny of my deposit returned, no questions asked. Floors got mopped again and again, cabinets and drawers cleaned out inside, stove and oven sparkling like new. The landlord noticed right away, then requested the cleaner's details on the spot.
