1-Quick response and very reliable, 2-Easy to communicate with and great customer service, 3-High quality work, 4-Reasonable price and very Honest.

The Condo was in need of professional cleaning. Contacted Dane, and quickly set up a visit. He checked in the night before, then arrived right on time! Got right to work around a small dog who sheds and attacks vacuums. Dane just smiled, pet him and got right back to work. 4 hours later the apartment smelled good and was clean. Booked a return visit and recommend HAWAII NATURAL CLEAN.

EXCELLENT RESULTS, GOOD VALUE, ON TIME ARRIVAL AND COMPLETED ALL ROOMS ON SCHEDULE. ALL IN ALL A 5 STAR EXPEREINCE.

Very poor customer service! I spoke to whoever runs the IG account, regarding a quote for a 3 did 1.5 bath, and was quoted $200. I then told the person, thank you but no longer interested because I found less expensive quotes. Then the person says that they will work with my $80 budget and said “you get what you pay for”. I found that very suspicious and unprofessional how they were ready to drop the price from $200 to $80, and telling me you get what you pay for. I’m just going to go with HOMEAGLOW app. Their prices are much better and their cleaning quality is top tier as well. They clean AND sanitize my home for $76 for 4 hours!! They leave it squeaky clean and are very professional!

Dane is amazing, I am a perfectionist about keeping up my house and have struggled to keep doing it myself, so I tried several cleaning services and just had to get back to doing it myself…… after almost giving up trying to find somebody…. I tried one more service …… and here I am : 100% happy, Dane and his team are better than myself and I would give them 10 Stars if I could. They are using all natural
Products , there is no chemical smell at all, everything is detail oriented.
If you like your home clean and healthy and struggle with the time to do it yourself….. don’t look any further.

I Am beyond impressed with Hawaii Natural Clean! Dane provided exceptional move-out cleaning services. The place looked brand new, and I appreciate their commitment to using eco-friendly products. Highly recommend for a thorough and eco-conscious clean!

Their deep-cleaning job wasn’t good enough to pass a move-out inspection, and we ended up having to pay our landlord another $175 to finish the job.

We hired them for a move-out, deep cleaning, with selected add-on services to clean the fridge, oven and windows. Their cleaning was not sufficient to pass our property manager's move out inspection. I notified them of this the very next day, and asked them to coordinate with our property manager to come back and finish the cleaning, since we had already moved out and no longer had access to the unit. I do have the text messages to prove this: they cleaned our place on 4/26/24 around 1pm, and I texted them that the cleaning was insufficient on 4/27/24 at 11:03am, less than 24hrs later.
There was no response until I told them several days later that I would be writing a review. When they finally did respond, I told them the property manager was off-island and could only let them in again after May 7th. Their only response to this was that they would only come back on May 3rd, a date they already knew nobody would be there to let them in, and refused to come back any other time. I asked if they could at least offer a partial refund to help cover the cost of the additional cleaning we would have to pay, and all they said was "I'm willing to come for free tomorrow..." It seems they only offered this on a day when they knew no one could let them in so that they could later claim they offered to come back, but not actually have to do it.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! I cannot even express my gratitude for Hawai'i Natural Clean. My elderly grandfather's apartment unit was in a horrible condition and needed professional cleaning services as we figured out a new longterm assisted care plan. The impeccable service, professionalism, and overall quality provided was top tier. Not to mention their communication was so quick. I would highly recommend!!

I was looking for a cleaner that uses non-toxic and natural cleaning products so I looked online and found Dane of Hawaii Natural Cleans. He did an excellent job cleaning my 3 bedroom condo. High-quality, non-toxic and efficient clean at a great price point. Will definitely hire him again.

so glad we found hawaii natural clean!! i contacted them for a deep clean a year ago and now we’ve been using them for monthly cleaning ever since. the work is incredible, our condo has never looked better than when one of the team comes by, awesome people, awesome products, the condo just looks, smells, and feels so clean everytime they come by. we live in north kihei with the windows open so the dust is no joke. It is such a relief to have such solid help keeping up with it. Really nice people too. Can’t say enough good things, genuine happy customers who did a google search and came out winning! mahalo dane and HNC team :)

Dane and crew did a great and thorough job cleaning my house including the interior of my fridge! I will be using them on a regular basis. Highly recommend.

There was still scum in the shower and weird black crumbs in the shower and on the stove that were not there before. We had checked “deep cleaning” and they did not even wipe down the walls or the light switches. I had to go clean them myself afterwards. We had specifically said to clean the oven and they did not even clean the outside of the oven at all, or the outside of the vent above the oven, or the stove back, or the wall behind the stove. It was all sticky. There were also smudges on the walls that they didn’t even attempt to wipe down. I clean some off myself afterwards and they came right off. They charged $300 and did almost nothing. I wish we had saved the money and cleaned ourselves. I don’t know how they got 5 star reviews. I am guessing they had friends make fake reviews because the cleaning job was so terrible. I definitely would never recommend. They also refused even a partial refund and we’re losing money from our deposit to cover the cost of cleaning again.

Carla did exception cleaning and paid attention to detail. This home housed three long haired dogs. Carla was able to not only rid the home of all hair but the animal smell as well. I would highly recommend her for deep clean move outs. Mahalo Carla.

We had a wonderful experience with Hawaii Natural Clean. They were easy to communicate with before & after the service, and the cleaning was probably the most thorough we’ve had. Highly recommend!
