Always great to work with. We had a potential hazardous sitter one of our monkeypod tree branch hanging too low and they came out that day to take a look and cut down the branch the next day.

It was a pleasure working with Ivan. He was a good communicator and delivered on his promises. The team did an excellent job and would be our choice for all future tree cutting.

Services performed were mango tree trimming and guava removal. Tree people were suppose to stump grind the guava trees. It was included in the written estimate but NOT done. Just spoke with Ivan who gave the estimate and stated “oh I clicked the wrong button” he asked if I wanted it done and said it would be $600 more. He did not say I am sorry or I made a mistake. Then proceed to tell me he couldn’t do the stump in the backyard because they couldn’t get their stump grinder in the backyard. Why did he estimate it if it could not do it. I am currently frustrated with their customer service. The mango tree work was good.

Working with The Tree People was a good experience. They removed and prune our trees. Certified Arborist Ivan Asato was great to work with for pricing and scheduling.

Good work from the ground crew. Very nice results. Ivan met me so we could explain how we wanted the trees trimmed and we got the results that we wanted. The ground crew directed by Max was able to cut around a nesting baby Manu-o-ku chick at our special request which was a nice touch. Thank you!

The actual service done to the property was great. They paid attention to the areas that really needed the most attention and they completed the job to our preferences. The communication with the administration office, however, lacks some serious professionalism. I have used this company often on for over 20 years and the reason I stopped using them was because they were not reliable when returning phone calls and communicating service requests. Once again, I must expressed that the actual service was excellent, but very disappointed in the repeated lack of communication from the offices.

Max and his crew trimmed and pruned two large mango trees. They worked really fast and were finished in 2 hours. They cleaned all the debris including the neighboring properties. I highly recommend The Tree People.
