They have also put gouges in a custom painted wall - likely a result of turning around with a vacuum on their back. They frequently leave cleaning items behind - rags, tool for cleaning hair off the sofa - and for two cleanings in a row, they neglected to empty the kitchen trash. Though these are minor complaints, they happen frequently enough that it is worth mentioning.
