You ran an ad for the Micracle Gro Garden Soil @ 3/$10.00 that I received on the 8th of April. I went to your store early Thursday morning so that i could purchase the above, only to find out that you folks were already SOLD OUT, which was very hard to believe because I reached your store 1 hour after you opened. This is not the first time that i've made special trips to your store just to find out that you never had a item advertised. The lady in the garden shop told me that you were giving out rainchecks to prepurchase this item so that when it came in I would be able to get it. Well after standing in line at your customer service counter for 1/2 hour, they tell me that there is no such thing . What is the story on this?????? This is false advertising!!!

Fair selection of merchandise for Hawaii, good quality and good prices. We shop here once a month for garden supplies. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. You are free to explore with little interruption.

this is the worst experience i have had to endure. i was there to pick up a large item that my friend could not fit in her car. i had the receipt and it said, "will call merchandise pick-up." i went to will call. clerk sitting at the desk responded to her cell phone before she acknowledged me. i handed her the receipt, "special services customer invoice." after not finding the merchandise near her desk, she called someone. he went to the "garden" area. i stood there for some time without anyone checking back with me to tell me what was going on. finally, i could not wait any longer so i went to the service desk to explain my problem. the person there said that there were a number of the grills outside on display, they just needed the key to unlock them. i could not wait any longer so left.

i just got off the phone with the service desk. there were two female employees who did not identify themselves so i do not have their names. they placed me on hold both times after i explained by situation. finally the third person i spoke with identified herself after asking me a number of times who i had spoken with. i asked if i needed to explain myself again. she finally said her name was Gina.

i wanted to know whether i could park next to the grill display out front so that they could load one for me. i confirmed that i had the receipt.

felt i should share this customer service experience. sorry home depot, you all need to understand what customer service is. it is NOT what you are currently providing.

Good variety of basic plants both indoors and outdoors vegetations. If you are looking for peperomias, they domt have those here. They do have a huge collection of monstera deliciosas. The home depot in Pearl City is big on Ficus Lyratas. Otherwise, basic plants will be fpund here. Lowe's is next door which has a few plants but they do have some rare plants there.

This company will hire a business and agree to their pricing, Chris Smalt, and then not pay their bill for over 2 years. I am chasing them for payment on services rendered.

I live in Mililani. For years, the City and County of Honolulu would have tree trimmers trim trees in Lanikuhana and Meheula Blvds. This is the first time I have seen such a professional, even artistic job
Done with the tree trimming. All the ancillary branches above and below that cause issues for pedestrians
have been trimmed back. I hope this company retains the contract for tree trimming. Fantastic Job!

Very good tree trimming and cutting coco trees. Gardening crew are very helpful, friendly and hard working. Leo is very responsive and replies promptly to my garden requests or problems.

Grant and his team came to the rescue after another contractor simply walked off the job and left our time susceptible to the inevitable stormy weather that flooded our sideyard. He came highly recommended by a family member and we’re happy thus far with the work performed!! Concrete pour is tomorrow and plants thereafter. Grant is creating a space we would’ve otherwise neglected, into a sanctuary where we may now enjoy and moreover, not have to worry every time it rains, that our home may be compromised. I had to call them 3 times before I could actually speak with someone. At least they were upfront and told me that their large contracts were their priority and individual homeowners were put on a wait list. While they did send someone out to look at my system I have yet to hear anything more from them. It has been almost 3 months. Don't waste your time unless you got large properties and deep pockets.

Kullee timely responded and scheduled the work. Sent a great young man who was polite and very professional. Changed my landscape irrigation shut off valve, coordinated with BWS, and changed out 6 old sprinkler siphons. Great work at a reasonable price. Would hire them again! Jeff
