Great experience with Sam of Optimus Handyman! I needed to put a dry wall up while expanding a closet near by. I also needed to move around a lot of electrical outlets. Being new to the area, I relied on the excellent reviews online and called on Sam. Most of my communication was on the phone or through messages (easiest for me). Sam always responded quickly & was friendly and easy to work with. Per my request, Sam was even able to re-schedule the job sooner than later, which I appreciated! Sam arrived promptly at my home, was professional & thoughtful about the work. Over all did a great job and cleaned up! I appreciated his honesty throughout the project. I'm very happy with the completed job & it was done within the estimated time. I will definitely use them again for future projects in my home.

They will give you an honest quote and the follow through with work quality is even better! Sam personally came to replace my water heater, even with a pinched nerve in his back! He installed a soap dish and shower head, a caddy for us! Installing soap dish on wall looked hard work but he removed old one and installed a new one without damaging any tiles! Thank you! 🙏

Michael did an amazing job with mounting our TV, he was efficient and timely. As well as more than happy to adjust our TV mount tilt more than once to exact specifications and measurements. Highly recommended him has an all around handyman and he even fixed my AC’s filter issue for FREE! He has a wide arrange of tools and equipment that can handle most if not all household issues. He’s also really flexible with pricing for those customers who are on a strict budget.

Michael did an excellent job for me! He was knowledgeable about many areas of work that I needed done. i.e. electrical, carpentry etc.. He has great attention to detail and he is clear with what he charges and he charges fairly. He scheduled me quickly, and completed what I needed done. He is now my Go-To handyman extraordinare!

Michael came at night to diagnose an emergency electrical situation. He found the issue and fixed it. Couldnt be more happy!

My toilet fill valve was making a whistling sound so I needed someone to replace it. I texted 4 handyman companies and the first one quoted me a price that a regular plumber would charge (in other words - too high), the next 2 companies didn't return my call. I guess it was too small a job for them. Thankfully, Michael from Handyman Services texted me back and came in on a Sunday to replace this toilet apparatus. Like other reviews that I read, I found his quote to be very affordable and reasonable. And I'm glad that he didn't mind doing this "small job."
I will definitely call him again if I need something repaired or replaced.

Michael is meticulous in his work and I love how he is such a perfectionist. He's helped me over the years with replacement of bathroom fan, light fixture, concrete repair and removal of a tree. His estimates have been reasonable and communication is excellent. It's always a pleasure working with him.

Mike did a phenomenal job taking care of the demolition and removal of a cabinet in my kitchen to make space for a new dishwasher.
