Air Master’s (Kevin and Kim) replaced a mini split AC unit. Air Masters worked with me to relocate the outdoor unit away from the house to keep a clear walkway. I cut the sidewalk and dug the trench and Air Master’s installed the refrigerant lines and electrical inside an ABS pipe. It came out very professional at a reasonable price.

I spoke with Sherman on the phone and he diagnosed a bad fan motor and blower wheel. When Kevin came he was terrific. He protected the area around the AC replaced the motor and wheel and cleaned up. Couldn’t have asked for a better technician or a better service.

Kevin was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He did the annual maintenance on my AC unit, answered my questions, and cleaned up well. I will definitely be calling Air Masters for future AC maintenance and, if possible, request Kevin.

Joel came out in July and Sept to service two separate air conditioning units. He was very efficient and thorough both times. Joel has wonderful customer service. He leaves the area spotless.

Kevin came to our house this week and fixed our 3 split AC's. He really took his time and took apart the system and basically re-built it to working order. I could tell he takes pride in his work and makes sure he does things right the first time. Thank you, Kevin!!!

Airmasters tech Kevin troubleshoot our Fujitsu split systems AC. Found the leak on outside unit. Suggested that he could repair the leak and I gave him the go ahead. After 2 hours the repair was done and AC is up and running. Very good job well done.

Justin came to do the annual maintenance of our split ac units. He was on time, polite, helpful and did the job well. He asked several times throughout the visit if we had any questions or needed anything else.
It was another positive experience with Air Masters. We got a recommendation from a neighbor who used them and went on to have our initial install done by them in 2008. Through the years we have been happy with their work and continue to use their services to this day.

During our annual maintenance with Air Masters, Justin performed work in a pleasant, professional and pleasant manner. He was courteous and offered helpful explanations to any questions that came up.

Amazing service today by Air Master’s tech’s Kevin and Kim. I was certain this repair would take days. They diagnosed the issue, stopped the coolant leaks and recharged the system all in 1.5hrs. Air Masters are now my “go-to” HVAC company. Thank you Kevin and Kim !

Justin is an amazing worker. He did the maintenance on my split system air conditioner. He was fast and professional. He is so courteous and neat. He took the time to explain everything.
I accidentally dropped a glass gallon of liquid, and he was so nice to help me clean it up and move somethings. He helped me get a $75 rebate from Hawaiian Electric. Awesome.

Kevin came to provide us with an estimate and was very thorough in explaining our system options to meet our cooling needs. He also accommodated our work schedule and came to our home when we got home from work. Kevin and Kim came to our home this afternoon to install our new Fujitsu AC unit and did a wonderful job. They were very mindful of working inside our home by laying plastic sheeting on the floor. At the end of the installation Kevin took the time to explain the warranty, possible service intervals, and the operation of the unit. We love our Fujitsu! Thank you to Air Masters, Kevin and Kim.

Kevin did a professional & courteous job for maintenance of 3 split systems (2 Fujitsu, 1 Mitsubishi) at my residence. He also provided insightful advice for maintaining the units in between annual maintenance service. Highly recommend their services.
