I've been with Air Masters for several years and I've had a great experience with them - dependable and reasonably priced. They installed our split a/c units, repaired one (darn gecko) and service them annually. One unit stopped working recently. Kevin provided great service providing various options for the replacement unit to best meet our needs. I definitely recommend Air Masters Hawaii.

Kevin and Brandon serviced my air conditioner by replacing an evaporator cell. While servicing, they also did their annual cleaning maintenance on our two units. They are very professional and friendly by delivering excellent customer service and care. Marian and Kelly were awesome and pleasant by updating us on our appointments. Air Masters Inc is the best!!

Air Masters has been great to work with! My technician, Kevin, thoroughly diagnosed and fixed my split ac unit (external motherboard needed replacement) on the same day. I got my AC back. Another company tried to make replace the whole AC unit and so I was glad to get a second opinion from Air Masters.

Christian came out for an estimate to replace our ageing mini split. He was very responsive and made sure we were aware of all our options, and answered every question. Kevin and Kim showed up early and made quick work of the job, finishing in less than two hours. We're very pleased with the new unit and would love to work with them again.

100% recommend. Kevin was our tech and did a great job dispite having to deal with all the rain. He was very courteous and hard working. Our AC is finally blowing cold! Originally our fix it date was after Christmas, the office called to let us know that there was an earlier appointment available if we would prefer it which was very much appreciated.

He quickly diagnosed the issue with my AC and was able to fix the problem efficiently. What really set him apart was that he went above and beyond by building a custom netting solution to prevent the issue from happening again in the future. We were only planning to put in 1 mini split A/C unit in our living room. Ended up running the lines behind the wall into the master bedroom closet — so decided to put in a 2nd unit in the bedroom as well. All this with the design expertise from our estimator Christian who was more than professional — he was extremely patient!! Since it was basically a split second decision we did not do our usual research for such a large purchase but were more than confident using Air Masters as Hawai’i Energy’s parter. Decided to get it done before Federal Tax Credits ended this year. Mahalo also to our installers Rex & Duke for getting everything done right plus sealing it up tight especially on the exterior. Our Fujitsu works really well & fits in quite nicely plus comes with a bonus Gecko warranty too! Big Mahalo to All from a Very Satisfied & HaPpY Customer!
