These guys came to our neighbors house and we watched them blow all the leaves and yard debris right into our yard and all over the street. After weedwacking rocks all over the place. And then get in their truck and take off. Totally unprofessional and pilau. :(

I did some calling around regarding a short notice project [clearing my raised garden bed] I had and CJ answered my call. Everything was Top Shelf from my initial phone call until the job was completed. CJ and his wife work as a team and to say they are professional would be an understatement.

You will not be disappointed.

Best lawn care service on island!!

They called ahead the day before to ask about the most convenient time to arrive for the following day. We had guests coming from out of town and they went above and beyond to put us first on their list for the next morning. They arrived not only on time, but a little early and called to let us know when they were close.

They came with a professional team of 4+ guys and they all were on task and had a specific area or expertise. My wife and I watched in amazement while the one cut the entire lawn with laser precision, using only a weed eater! I’m not going to even act like I’m not impressed. Wow!

They trimmed the hedges and were very mindful to rake things first, then go back around with the green can to pick up larger debris. They made extra sure to be mindful of the vehicles in the drive so they they did not disturb a fresh wash.

The yard and driveway are the best they’ve ever looked and we are so happy to have CJ Landscaping as our trusted home and lawn care service. Thank you again for a job well done and for taking such great care of our home.

Highly responsive, very detailed large site clean-up, coconut palms trimmed and truck loads of rubbish removed. Site was immaculate on job completion. Look forward to a continued work relationship.

We highly recommend Personal Touch Landscaping. We needed a significant makeover of our 20 year old pond/waterfall and flagstone lanai. Our lawn was well overdue for thatch removal and aeration and our palm trees needed another round of treatment to ward off the Coconut Rhinoceros Beetle. After the initial consult with Lukas, we knew we were in good hands. Project manager David was ready to work with and communicated well throughout the project. The team of Lando and Chance were always prompt, professional, and friendly. Lando's mastery of moss rock placement created a masterpiece that will stand the test of time. Special care was taken to protect our property during a period of heavy rains. The job site was always clean at the end of each day. Our flagstone lanai is better than new and we are thrilled with our new pond. Mahalo Nui Loa to everyone at Personal Touch Landscaping!

We have had landscaping services from Personal Touch for over 20 yrs. Bobbie is alway great to check in and work with us. Rae is so valuable! He takes pride in his work and always does a superb job.

Very professional organization at every point of our landscape projects. Extremely prompt follow-up to all questions and requests. Very accommodating. We had several landscape items that were not part of the contracted landscaping. However, the workmen added them in. Not the cheapest of landscapers, but very clearly they prove you get what you pay for. Very happy with the first project they completed, so much so, that I scheduled a second and a third landscape project. When there were a couple of issues with one of the project, they were addressed and fixed immediately. All landscape projects are now complete and we are very satisfied with the finished product. Because of the outstanding experience with Personal Touch landscape, I recently scheduled a palm removal project. Lando was assigned. I was pleased that he would be doing my project. He has been the lead on my other projects. I have found him to be very professionally qualified, personable, polite, but most of all a 5 star pro landscaper. I trust his advice and workmanship. He is the best.

Friendly & professional. Diagnosed the problem quickly & fixed it. Very pleased with the service from start to finish.

Needed irrigation repair for a condominium complex and was told just to come out and look at our system and give us quote would be $180. I’ve never had to pay for company to come to our complex and then charge just for a quote!
