Pacific Outdoor Living transformed our little yard into our personal oasis. We have a vintage 1938 cottage on the historic registry and Bret designed the landscape to fit with our home perfectly.

We were driving on the Pali highway and we saw the company van driving recklessly, not using their blinkers and cutting people off including us. Right before we got onto the freeway the van cut us off. The driver was so aggressive that when we got on to the freeway and tried to merged into the left lanes, he proceeded to follow us and put us in danger by trying to run us into another car.

We have tried to get in contact with the company, they haven’t gotten back to us in weeks.

Bret and his crew are professional and do amazing impeccable work. You get what you pay for, especially in landscaping. Pacific Outdoor Living takes care of everything for me and I don’t need to worry. It always gets done the right way!

I was looking for someone to relandscape my yard and surrounding areas (front, back, side yards and such) and my first contact was Kyle. He was incredibly helpful with bringing my vision to life. He assisted the design process and helped to direct the overall aesthetic. I wasn't sure, as a newer transplant to the island, what types of plants would thrive in this climate. Without hesitation, Pacific Outdoor Living took charge and I couldn't be happier with the result. My expectations were more than exceeded and the entire staff was incredibly professional and the prices were very reasonable. I would absolutely use their services again in the future and look forward to recommending them to anyone inquiring.

Reno Makani and team came out to my condo in Waikiki and pruned three different varieties of my hibiscus. He treated every plant with the same care and precision you'd expect on a much larger job. Everything was cleaned up perfectly when he was done. It's rare to find someone this skilled who still takes the time to do the small jobs right. On Nov. 26, HTM cut my avocado tree. They did a great job in cutting the tree and clean up. They also asked how exactly I wanted it cut to make sure that we were on the same page.

Jeff was great in communication and the delivery and pick-up of the roll-off was on time. At first I was hesistant with the pricing, but I then realized that the size of the container, ease of communication, and overall convenience was well worth it. Within a few days' notice the arrangements could be made for delivery, and pick-up was no hassle and fast! Very professional! Also, I didn't know they did landscaping!

My business has worked with HTM Contractors on previous junk hauls. Kai has always remained personable and professional. He's always available if I needed any questions answered or concerns addressed.

His crew worked 5 hours to haul many items from 8 rooms of varying sizes and junk capacities. They hauled everything in an orderly and neat fashion. They did not damage my property nor left it in a mess when the work was completed.

I've worked with three junk haulers and HTM has been the most afforable.

I ordered a dump bin for a certain date. I had to last minute cancel the delivery for an unknown date but as soon as i caught wind the day before i needed a bin, HTM came through and brought the bin. I know it took coordination on their end and i appreciate them. Can't beat the prices either.

We can not recommend HTM enough! They were prompt, courteous and very professional.
Despite the pandemic, our church campus needed to cut our trees. We reached out and Maurice helped us schedule a date that worked best for us. The workers (lead foreman- Siaosi) came on time with Face Masks and walked us through their process of cutting and cleaning the trees. By the end of the day, we were stunned at how amazing our campus looked.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. It’s so hard to find good companies in Hawaii. They cleared a lot for us from the trees/trimmed trees and were extra careful not to damage anything. They were professional, on time, sent appointment remainders, easy to talk to, equipment they use is top notch, their service was worth every penny. I couldn’t be any happier with their service. This company is full of aloha. From now on this is my go to company. The price, I think was fair for Hawaii pricing standards and they go an extra mile to make the customer happy.
