This is the second time I've used PPC to clean my solar panels and Solar water heater panel. I had utilized their services over 3 years ago and had been negligent in following up for subsequent cleaning. I recently signed a 5 year contract for annual cleaning. Neeka was great to work with as was Doug who did the actual cleaning. I like the fact that as part of my contract they would act as liason's of sort with my solar contractor in case of any issues. Solar contractors are notorious for not responding after installation.
After the panels were cleaned, Doug reviewed the work with me and answered some questions i had. I later received a detailed written report with photos of the work performed and on the condition of my panels ( lots of bee pollen( shit) as well as the condition of my PV system. Satisfied Customer!

They installed our solar bird fencing. Did an amazing job. Looking forward to having them clean our panels yearly. Mahalo

I highly recommend this company. They do great work and workers are always on time, friendly and respectful. They've cleaned my solar panels for 7 straight years.

Aside from cleaning the solar panels, they inspect my utility meter, breakers, micro inverters, modules, clamps/bolts, wires, mounting hardware, flashings, roof penetrations, junction box and conduits.

They meet with me before they start work and when they're done to go over what they did and if there's anything I should be concerned about. When they email me the invoice, they include an inspection report (about 10 pages) with details and photos of everything described above. They even monitor my system remotely and lmk when there's something wrong. When a micro inverter went bad, they worked with Enphase to provide a new one under warranty and only charged me for installation.

This company is awesome and one of a kind. You rarely find companies like Pacific Panel Cleaners. I don't think any other solar panel cleaning company in Hawaii can match their service and price. Give them a call and see for yourself. This is one of the few companies I can refer to my family and friends with the utmost confidence.

PPC did an excellent job scheduling the appointment and accommodating last minute changes. This was our third cleaning and was the first time we didn't receive a report. Can PPC send the cleaning report? Thank you.

Very professional and gets back to you as soon as they can. The men explained and answered questions without problem and was very courteous.

Outstanding customer service and responsiveness.

Overall is the one I have used for two years. Better than three different companies I have used previously . But it’s not every time perfect. If they can do the work like January work right at the review time will be great. Sorry just being honest. Again overall I’m ok. I know it’s hard I have four cats.

Aloha! Very pleased with the communication with setting-up the appointment and the day the cleaners arrived. Overall, great work on cleaning my 32 panels. There were some spots on a few panels that you could tell it was still dirty but for the most part the panels looked way better after the cleaning. Great value for the level of work that was done. Would definitely recommended to others.
