I had a severe problem at my home when a broken water pipe flooded my bathroom and adjoining office. This resulted in the discovery of mold in my walls! Eco Clean worked with my insurance company to completely remediate and rebuild my bathroom and the office floor and walls. They did a very professional job and were a pleasure to work with! I would highly recommend Eco Clean Hawaii!

We are homeowners that now live out of state and rent out our property. To our dismay, we arrived to find our property in the worst and most disgusting condition ever. We were told that the carpet was “professionally cleaned” before we got here, only to find out that it was never the case.

We reached out to Eco Clean to see what their availability was since we were short on time. Cindy was very helpful and empathetic towards our urgent situation and was able to squeeze us in the same day and give us a great estimate. Lucas was AMAZING. He had already been in this part of town in the morning, had 2 jobs downtown, and came all the way back down this way just to help us when Cindy reached out to him and explained our situation.

Lucas was very efficient, friendly,
hardworking, & courteous, and he did an amazing job on our carpets. He took the time to make sure everything was done right, and by the time the job was complete, it was already looking 10x better.

I strongly suggest recommend using ECO Clean Hawaii. My parents house experienced a severe leak while they were away and returned home to find water everywhere due to a broken pipe. In a panic, they called me for help, and I quickly reached out to find a company who could help asap. ECO Clean responded promptly and provided excellent customer service. They efficiently dried out the entire place and repaired the damaged that was done. Looks brand new again. They did a great job.

I was out of town when I was notified that my rental property was flooded. Eco clean responded immediately and kept me updated every step of the way. Specifically, Lydio, who manages his team, and Andre provided honest options and suggestions to begin the remediation process. I trusted Andre and his team who had to complete an entire remodel of my property while I was out of state. Eco clean was responsive, responsible, and helpful remediating, remodeling, and redesigning the unit which was destroyed. I cannot stress how much I appreciate this company for their honesty and truly going above and beyond to complete an entire apartment renovation in a short time frame. They are honest and they cared about doing the best job. Andre and his team even ensured the furniture was set up accordingly for my tenant to move back in. I would hire this company again in a heartbeat and appreciate all of their hard and honest work to repair my rental property. I lucked out picking this company.

I cannot say enough good things about working with EcoClean. Lydio and his crew were absolutely amazing especially for a homeowner not always on site. They were fast, reliable, trustworthy, and fair in pricing. I had a number of changes that were promptly accommodated and they left the space in great order every time they left, so I could still enjoy the condo while it was being worked on. I hope I will never have water damage or any damage for that matter to my condo again but if I did, I would call EcoClean in a heartbeat.

I called Eco Clean Hawaii because I needed a carpet cleaning for a condo. Cindy was so nice and polite on the phone, it was a pleasure to call and set the appointment up. Then Lucas came and cleaned the carpet. He did an amazing job, and he was meticulous and professional. I highly recommend Lucas’ services if you need your carpet cleaned!

My usual guy retired so I was stuck looking online for a new carpet cleaner. He charged me $100 for my small 2 ndrm house. With this co I was quoted a certain amount on the website and when the tech came to clean he told me if I wanted cleaning solution in the machine I would have to pay an extra $100 per room! I refused and then was told all I would get was a steam cleaning. So honesly at this point I dont know what he

actually did, but run some water from my hose to their machine and then suck it up. It was very confusing. But I dont think theres any steam involved. The water is just cold water. Dont you need heat to steam?

Eco Clean was referred to me as a reliable company to take care of a sewage leak which was soaked up by an in home carpet.

I was impressed on how to code they are.

Eco-Clean has to be the best water mitigation service in town. It's a cliche to say that life can change in an instant, but the fact is that when your toilet decides to seek provenance beyond its usual boundaries, it doesn't take much more than an instant before you are suddenly grappling with issues well outside of that which you had put on your to-do list that day. In our case, the toilet tank overflowed for 10-15 minutes. By then, water made its way underneath all of the hardwood flooring in the back of our home. Fortunately, in the midst of this emergency, we were referred to Eco-Clean. They responded promptly and professionally to the situation. From the attempt to dry the wood, to its removal, to the decisions in reconstruction and interfacing with the home owners insurance, every team member we've encountered has been highly competent, professional, and kind. They readily answer all of our questions and go the extra mile as we continue to navigate the repercussions of this situation. First off Alex was very responsive and informative in our matter. He was patient with me as I knew nothing about the mitigation needed in our kitchen due to water damage. He sent his team out and ensured the area was safe for my children to be in.

We were required to do a carpet cleaning before we moved out, I emailed for a quote and got a response right away. Danny was so friendly, good customer service. They were able to get stains out of the carpet that were there before we moved in! Overall great company and I would recommend them to anyone!

When I came home one Sunday evening I found water all over the Floor and part of the ceiling had come down. Eco Clean Hawaii was able to be there within a few hours. Brought blowers etc to dry the ceiling and floors. Daily their technician Alex came to check on the status. He worked with my schedule and was very polite.
