Constraction reviews in Kailua, Hawaii

If I could give grades to all of the contractors I’ve hired over the years for projects, large and small, ProQuality Construction would be first in class. I give Mike and his crew an A+ for their exceptional and caring response to my call for help. Due to the discovery of black mold, my kitchen needed an overhaul. And fast! Not only did they come to my rescue right away, but they finished the remodeling job in lickety-split time, even sooner than scheduled. The result was a kitchen that I am very proud of, in every detail. Kudos and a BIG mahalo to the really good guys at ProQuality Construction.

Thank you to Pro Quality Construction LLC ~ Mike and Nick who put my kitchen back together after water loss damage. Excellent work in a timely matter, great craftsmanship, very personable listen to my requests.and gave great suggestions. I highly recommend them for any upgrades/remodeling needs for your home. You will not be disappointed, only grateful you chose Pro Quality Construction LLC.

We are extremely happy with our master and guest bathroom remodel. Mike does great work , he is experienced and knowledgeable about every aspect of the construction process, is attentive to any concerns and timely in responding. I would wholeheartedly recommend Mike to anyone looking for a great contractor and in fact have already referred him to other family members who have all been very happy with Mike’s work.

We highly recommend Pro Quality Construction based on our excellent experience with a March 2024 remodel of our home. We initially asked Mike for a quote to renovate one bathroom. He readily adapted as we added the second bathroom, whole house flooring and misc. other details. He & Nick still managed to keep on schedule. Both were responsive, reliable, highly skilled, honest, and professional. The project quote was fair and the results outstanding. They were careful with our home & very tolerant and respectful of our temperamental dog! Mike listened to our inputs and ensured the final results (including the minute details) exceeded our expectations. Mike is the best contractor we have ever worked with. We would definitely hire Pro Quality for any future home projects.

If there were more stars available, I would give many more! Cannot recommend highly enough! Our (extremely large) doors and sliders were installed beautifully. Mike and his crew were extremely professional, all of the work was completed on time, and they left my home cleaner than they found it. Additionally, the response time for communication was always very prompt and always positive. In a word, the BEST!

I can not recommend Mike enough - We contacted several companies about remodeling our kitchen and he was definitely the most professional and skilled. Always on time, upfront and accurate with costs, and was able to foresee potential issues we didn’t even think of. Our kitchen looks awesome and has all of our guests commenting on it. I have recommended him to several friends/co-workers. If we do any further renovations then I will reach back out to Pro Quality Construction, they are the best on the island.

Pro Quality Construction is an exceptional company when it comes to remodeling projects. I recently hired them to remodel my full bathroom and kitchen and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient and delivered quality work. The team was very attentive to my needs and made sure to keep me informed throughout the entire process. The workmanship was outstanding and exceeded my expectations. They also completed the project within the timeframe they had given me. I highly recommend Pro Quality Construction for anyone looking to remodel their bathroom or kitchen, they are experts in the field and will deliver exceptional results.

Mike and his crew were fantastic! I am very happy with my kitchen renovation! Not only did he always show up on time, but he stuck to his fair price and listened to what I wanted. He gave me great suggestions and helped me find the best tile. I am so happy we went with this company, they were very fast! Our whole project only took them two days and we had our kitchen back. They did countertops and backsplash and made my kitchen look great! I highly recommend Pro Quality Construction to everyone and will be calling them back for future projects!

We just renovated our bathroom from the 1960’s using Pro Quality construction and couldn’t be more pleased. From start to finish Mike and Nick were kind, honest, friendly, patient, easy going and a true pleasure to work with. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail is phenomenal. They worked on my home with the care and precision they would put in their own homes. We have been saving and dreaming of this project for over a decade and they completed the project within our budget and in superior time. I highly recommend this company and would call them for future projects.

We cannot speak more highly of Mike and his team at PQC. Since the start he was responsive, helpful, and always happy to answer any questions we had. He turned our ideas into a reality for our master bathroom. And got it all done in under a week! Our custom shower with the added niche is everything we imagined for our renovation. He truly goes above and beyond for his clients and is detail oriented to ensure satisfaction. We will absolutely be using his services for future renovations. I highly recommend Mike for any home projects/renovations you may have.

We recently remodeled our bathroom, and I cannot speak highly enough about Mike and his team at Pro Quality Construction LLC. After spending a lot of time interviewing other contractors, I was relieved to find that Mike was able to make all the things happen that I asked for. Where other contractors said certain elements were not possible, Mike made them happen with ease.

Working with single wall construction in our older Hawaii home was a challenge, but they filled an old sunken tub, moved the shower, installed a new soaking tub, laid beautiful tile, painted, installed new fixtures, a shower door, a new vanity, an LED mirror, updated the lighting, and even updated the ceiling. The professionalism, quality of work, and speed with which they completed the project exceeded our expectations. Mike and his team were incredibly easy to work with and communicate with throughout the process.

We are beyond happy with our new bathroom and would definitely use Pro Quality Construction LLC for future projects. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch construction work. We love our new bathroom!

Mike was very response to initial inquiries on the project. He came out and quoted us very quickly and laid out a timeline for the project. Mike dropped off samples of different woods for the project which was very helpful in ultimately choosing the material we wanted. When time came for construction Mike and his team were timely, courteous, respectful, and worked meticulously. There were several surprises during the project that were dealt with in a professional manner. When it came time to finish Mike went above and beyond in finishing the project and came back and made adjustments within two weeks for a couple errant items. Hire Mike and his team for your next project and you won’t be disappointed.

Mike’s team did a 10/10 renovation on my kitchen. Ignore the floors (part of the separate project). Pictures say it all. Took my kitchen from the 1990s to a fully modern look! Advised the whole way allowing me to make tons of choices to include how to save $$. Even worked through my HOA for construction approval!

Our second time working with Mike and couldn’t be happier! Communication is always clear, scope of work discussed in detail, and fair pricing considering the high quality work they do. Mike never says no to an idea and always offers sound opinions/advice when it comes to functionality and design. We love our bathroom!

Team Pro Quality Construction went above and beyond! We had our guest bathroom fully remodeled and we cannot be happier with the work this company did!

Mike's communication and supervision were always very prompt, articulate and thorough. We had a strong and concrete image of how we would want our bathroom to be. Mike patiently worked with us step by step and advised us what needs to be adjusted to keep everything within our budget. Roman's everyday hard work and diligence were truly admirable. He started at 8:30am and worked all day tirelessly. What I was personally impressed was that they cleaned all the places where they used or walked on before they went home and paid attention to put our house back to the condition how it had been before. That attitude alone clearly represents their work ethic and that they cared about our home.

They even offered to do the "touch up" at the very end of their work without being asked to keep their quality professional exactly as the company name!

I feel our house is in an excellent hand as long as this company stays in business in Honolulu.

Five star construction company, guaranteed!

Master bedroom and master bath renovation. Interviewed and received proposals/estimates from 5 contractors. Mike and Pro Quality won out. You know how you get a feeling whenever you talk to someone about a project you have in mind? A comfortable feeling? Well that feeling presented itself when we met. Mike is easy going, very amicable and just a nice guy. Nick and his other workers were equally easy to work with. We ran into a few bumps in the road, none of which were the fault of Pro Quality, but they navigated those bumps without skipping a beat. Most problems involved the shipping of items, such as cabinetry and glass. We are, as we know, on an island. From deconstruction to completion of the project it was a pleasure working with Mike. Hugely pleased with the final product. Pro Quality put their best foot forward on this project and we will definitely invite them back for other projects we have in mind. These photos really don’t do the project justice. So much better in person. Thank you Mike and thank your crew for such a outstanding job…

This general contractor delivered outstanding work on our home extension project. From planning to completion, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The crew was respectful, detail-oriented, and committed to quality. They stayed on budget and kept us informed throughout the process. The finished result looks amazing and has added real value to our home. Highly recommended for reliable construction services.

Wow! I'm absolutely blown away by the incredible transformation Pro Quality LLC did on my downstairs unit. Mike, the owner, was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. He's incredibly professional, polite, and has a meticulous eye for detail that truly sets his work apart.

His team was amazing! They were fast, efficient, and incredibly skilled. I was so impressed by how quickly they completed the project, and they did it all with minimal disruption to my daily life. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and they clearly take pride in their work.

Not only was the quality of work exceptional, but Mike's pricing was also very competitive. He was upfront about all the costs and there were no surprises. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy contractor in Oahu, look no further than Pro Quality LLC. I highly recommend them!

Pro Quality Construction just finished renovating my parent’s bedroom and bathroom. They updated everything and made the shower more accessible. Mike and his crew worked diligently and consistently throughout the holidays. We love the look and quality of the outcome. Mike listened to our needs, worked with us on our budget and made great suggestions in the process. Everyone who came to work was very professional, respectful, hard working and kind. Mike checked in often and everyone was pleasant to work with. They answered questions and asked questions if they weren't sure of something. We will definitely use them for future projects.

Mike and his team are top notch. They did the demo for us in our new home. They are very fast, cleaned up after themselves and hauled everything away. For a very competitive price. But what makes Mike outstanding is his professionalism and availability. He's always so considerate of our questions and concerns. He's honest and responsive. Thank you Mike and your team for your quality service!

Mike was easy to work with and did a great job on our two bed two bath condo renovation. Out of all the contractors we interviewed, he was by far the most honest, knowledgeable, and professional. We quickly realized how hard it was to find a contractor who would give us a fair quote once they found out we’re not from the island, but Mike was upfront and competitive with his pricing - no hidden fees or surprise costs. He was also realistic about the scope of work and took all the measurements during our consultation.

He even provided kitchen design drawings before we decided to hire him, made a few helpful suggestions, and recommended vendors for materials that he has good relationships with, which saved us a lot of money. Ordering all the materials ourselves was the most challenging part, but Mike was always available to answer any questions we had. He handled all the pick ups and even allowed us to ship everything to his house for transport to the condo. The team also cleaned the condo thoroughly after the renovation was complete.

We’d hire him again for future projects!
