The "science" and tech behind cleaning solar panels, roof material and nasty algae on my roof was a learned experience. One would never know what goes into proper gentle but highly effective roof and panel cleaning. Thanks to all @ Pacific spray wash for the education. I've had many roof and panel cleanings from Companies in the past 25 yrs but Pacific is far superior than any I've experienced. I called for a quote, they were trying to charge me for the quote, there prices are really expensive especially for solar panel cleaning. I will call someone else! Why deny that we spoke on the phone! I called 01/13/2026. I asked for a quote. This is why your providing bad service and not admitting to our conversation. Patrick and Joey did a great job with the roof soft wash. They were thorough, efficient and quick, and professional in all aspects . There were also friendly and came with Aloha. Owner/operator Matt was the consummate professional. I would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend.

These guys are great! I called Matt to clean my roof, house, and pool deck. He and his crew showed up on time, were professional, and my property has never looked better!! They took special care with the landscaping and made sure not to damage any plants. We will definitely be using Pacific Spray Wash in the future, especially with the $50 off coupon he left behind.

My 12 year old Alcoa aluminum shake roof and eaves were coated with a very tough brown mold that took me many hours to power wash just a small section, and even that did not get the mold out of the many small crevices of the aluminum shingles. The soft wash Matt applied worked like magic. The mold that seemed to be fused onto my shingles melted off like magic and now my roof and eaves looks like new again! Matt was very thorough in researching my rather uncommon Alcoa shake roof product, even contacting the manufacturer and original installing roofer to make sure the soft wash was not going to damage or discolor my shakes in any way. Matt communicates really well so you always know what he is going to do, why, and what it will cost. He took great care to protect plants, split A/C equipment and lights and cameras under the eaves. Great job at a fair price! Will recommend him to all my friends and family!

Pacific Spray Wash was excellent from start to finish. They sent a text confirming our appointment, showed up on time (which is rare in my previous experience) and did an excellent job power washing my driveway and all of the concrete on my property. They even washed the sidewalk in front of my house, and my neighbors comment on how bright and clean it looks compared to the rest of the street. I would highly recommend this service to everyone! Exceptional service from Pacific Spray and Wash! Joey and Patrick did an outstanding job cleaning our gutters and all 34 of our solar panels. Both technicians were incredibly friendly and maintained a professional demeanor throughout the entire job.

This is the 5th year in a row that we've had Pacific Spray Wash service our property.
This time they soft washed our vinyl fence & hollow tile wall, and pressure washed the concrete all around our house. Also cleaned our silicone surface roof, facia, gutters, and patio awning. Matt did a complimentary pre-roof inspection, provided before and after photos, answered all our questions in depth, and provided scheduling reminders. Always on time, nice crew, attentive, professional, and great results. Extra personal touches were a hand-written thank you note and goodie bag. The whole process was a great customer experience.
