Repaired corner downstairs exterior wall that was not weatherproof (wood rot). Fantastic job with very knowledgeable people that did a great job leaving the interior wall and exterior surfaces clean and ready for painting. The cost was very reasonable.

Joseph redid my bathroom including the vanity and all the lighting and did a fabulous job. He is so meticulous and careful, everything looks and works perfectly when he's finished. Best of all: he communicates and keeps his word, when he says he'll come, he comes and everything is take care of. What a change from previous contractors I've hired!

We had what can only be described as a 1st rate experience. Home remodeling/construction can be one of the most unsettling things to happen in your home while you are living there.
3-Fold Craftsman felt like they were family, minimally invasive, cleaned up perfectly everyday. They explained what would happen everyday, and at the end of the day they reported back the same way.

Need a job done right? We had 3-fold craftsman construction install windows that we had bought from coastal windows. It was amazing to hear Joe, the owner, teach a new employee how to take out the old windows. and put in new one, and why one would do it that way. He gave his experience to his workers and they all did a splendid job. Everyday they were here, they cleaned up and put things away neatly.....that way, we could go on living in the house.
They arrived promptly at 8am and left by about 4:30 in the afternoon. They were thoughtful about completing the installation of a window so that we were secure after they left and final cleanup was phenomenal! They made our garage was immaculate and it is so appreciated.
Would I use them again? You bet we will. We have some other projects that we plan on asking an estimate for. You won't go wrong in hiring this company!

This is the best group of craftsmen that I have EVER hired. Their skill and professionalism is far superior to any other construction firm I have ever hired for any reason.
Solutions to unforeseen issues were plentiful and the fix was executed immediately. Joseph was on site for the entire 3.5 weeks they were bringing our home back to as perfect as it can be.
Every day there was a thorough cleaning of the areas under construction (we were living in the house during construction) and all trash and debris were contained and removed as necessary during the entire process. The entire team is a well oiled machine that demonstrates what teamwork is all about. They are true Olympians in the world of construction. and any customer would be privileged to have them do their job. Definitely recommend!

Joseph Sanchez and his crew replaced all the windows in our house over a period of 2 days. Joseph oversaw the project and kept everyone (including himself) engaged and working smoothly. They were incredibly efficient , amicable, and professional, and worked well together. At the end of each day they meticulously cleaned up, vacuuming and either throwing the trash in the garbage cans or taking the refuse with them. The quality of their work was superb. I am only sorry that I don't live on Oahu so I could have the benefit of their work for other projects. I would absolutely use them again if I could.

From beginning to end 3-Fold Craftsman Construction was a pleasure to deal with. Joseph responded right away, was proactive and helpful in planning for the repairs of the wind and rain damage to the outside of the house. He detected some mold and recommended remediation with their own solution, and it worked wonders. The entire crew was skilled, took pride in workmanship, worked hard, was very punctual, kind, considerate, and responsive. They cleaned up every night and left the place immaculate. We had deteriorating grout surrounding our pool coping and weeds growing up through the sides.. Joseph suggested using this special liquid to address the mildew and patched the grout and silicone d the entire outline of the pool to prevent the weeds from growing through. It was a tedious job but Keoni and another worker worked steadily to get it done. They never left a mess and Joseph was a pleasure to work with.

Joseph and Kioni removed and replaced a priceless stained glass window at our church on Maui. They also designed and installed a plexiglass system to protect it. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and I give them 10 stars if Google would let me! Thank you Joseph and your team!

You can tell a lot about a contractor by how clean and organized the job site is... These guys run a tight ship! Super fastidious, precise, and highly skilled! They moved quick as well. We had a massive (20') lanai door installed. They showed up when they said they would, got the old door out and poured a curb for the new one so the next day when the door arrived, they were all ready for it. Job went smoothly, they paid a lot of attention to dust control, and the big Coastal doors are awesome. I wholeheartedly recommend Joseph and his crew!
