Brandon and his team are there when you need them! I had open house coming up within 6 days and the home had significant drywall / spackle issues. His team came in, made the repairs, and we were able to put our best foot forward.
I’ve had UCG do everything for my company from full remodels to small drywall jobs and they’re always on time and on budget (which is HARD to find)! So grateful for them!

Brandon will tell you he will do one thing in person and then writes a vague contract to allow him to do a lot less. He told us he will take out materials tainted with dirty water and replace and repair. Instead he is charging us $11500 to remove and replace about 20 sq. ft. of drywall and 10 sq. ft. of shear wall. No quarter round, insulation, or flooring was replaced with new material. We gave him 50% deposit of $6500. The contract says 8 days labor but it was about 3.5 days at an easy pace. I had enough and told him I don’t need the painter to come back after not doing anything for one day and I’ll paint myself. If I would have known he would do such minimal work and charge me a lot just because it was work to remove materials tainted with dirty water, I would have done everything myself. The workers he sent to the house did great work but it was not 8 days of work. I asked him if he could reevaluate and send me a new invoice and he said he puts 8 days on the contract but that’s a conservative estimate in case people call off or can’t show up. He said they could work fast and finish early because he can’t micromanage them. It was clear the workers were taking their time to stretch it out to 8 days labor. He’s completely unprofessional and dishonest. He’s threatened us several times and I’ll call his bluff and then he resorts to insults and plays the victim. I do not recommend Brandon he talks nicely but doesn’t provide value. He also refuses to send me an itemized invoice of labor and materials. There’s no way 20 sq ft of drywall and 10 sq ft of shear wall replacement amounts to $11500. I have texts and emails that show his lies and deceit. Don’t let him try to play you.
